Americas Best Value Inn Lebanon, MO

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Very nice rooms. We got a double. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms with a sofa and desk, fridge and microwave. Nice working AC window unit. The door squeaked loudly when we opened and closed it due to the rubber on the bottom rubbing, but that wasn’t a problem at all! They allowed my service dog in with me for no extra fee. Very friendly service. There is no breakfast but we didn’t care because there’s plenty of places up the road to eat. The beds are comfortable. We arrived after midnight and they held our reservation but I did call to tell them we’d be late. They do put $100 hold on your card for incidentals but you get it back immediately upon check out. It just falls off the card. It’s a quiet location. You can hear the train passing from time to time, But that didn’t bother us either. I highly recommend this place and will most definitely stay again!!!

Truly live up to the name. "Best Value". Clean, comfortable, and courteous. Incredible staff. Easy access from highway and everything you need in a room. Fantastic place.

Okay, so let me tell you that this was the absolute cleanest hotel room I have EVER stayed in. I mean SPOTLESS! I am a clean freak and a germaphobe so I check and usually scrub things when I get to a hotel room. I could not find a speck of dust or dirt anywhere including the floor, the corners, the ledges, the shower, behind the toilet, nothing! I accidentally dropped my glasses behind the nightstand and had to move it to find them. There wasn’t even a speck of dust UNDER the table or the bed. I felt totally at ease! It was unreal. The room has a microwave and a fridge and no carpet! Carpet holds so much dirt and germs so I LOVE that for a hotel! They don’t use those nasty comforters on the beds that obviously never get washed in other hotels either. The front desk lady was nice, efficient and professional which I really appreciate. The bed was comfortable with new, good pillows. It’s doesn’t look as fancy as the nice 5 star hotels but it literally has everything you need and again sparkling clean. I’ll stay here again whenever I’m near!

When we walked into the lobby i thought we made a mistake trying to book a night here. The lobby was as plain as it comes and we were greeted by the plastic barrier you could hardly hear over. But once we got to the room we were actually shocked. The room was huge, clean, and with big beds. The bathrooms were clean and the tub had a great shower head with great water pressure. The TV also had a great quality with a good selection of channels. The only two downsides in my opinion were the louder-than-life AC unit and the big and hard pillows.

This is the newest and cleanest room I've stayed in. Hotel is older but my room 116 was new. New walls. Paint, curtains, window unit, bathroom. Very comfortable clean beds. It doesn't have carpet, but that means no dusty old smells. I was glad to find it. I highly recommend it. Catfish restaurant is right next door and best I've tasted. My only suggestion would be to add a safety chain/bar to the door. They did a really good job on the upgrades!!!

Dont let the looks be deceiving... This hotel seems to be nicer than the Holiday inns we generally go to its tucked away and very quiet. The rooms appear to have all been recently updated. The only thing i can thknk of that could possibly negative is the sinks are extremely low, however this may be by design for kids and handicap access. I will be staying here instead of the Holiday inn down the road from here on out like we usually do everytime were in town.

Place definitely looks 100 times better after the remodel.. But they charge 100$ for a deposit, and it's been 4 days and still havent been credited back to my account. Hoping it's because of the weekend. And the gentleman working that night... Needs to work on his customer service skills. Especially for the price. But other than that it was a good stay.

Stayed her 4 nights while attending a scrapbooking event. The roomwas very clean the bed wasn't and nice as mine at home is but wasn't bad. They didn't have breakfast but waffle house is next door

I love this place, it's very comfortable, cozy, quiet. It's been remodeled and it's spacious. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Our room was nice, clean and newly renovated. Rooms are nice sized and staff was extremely pleasant and kind. Will stay here again in a heartbeat if we're ever back in town.

For the price, it is definitely a value. $79 for two double beds. One of the best value motels I've stayed in, in fact. The staff was extremely friendly, centrally located on Route 66, good parking, mini fridge, the room was extremely clean, & comfortable all around, including beds, & nice air. My only minor complaint was after a long trip, I looked forward to soaking in the bath, and it wouldn't hold water. Lever seems to be broken. But the pros far outweighed the single con.

The Lebanon, MO location was very clean. The bathroom looked like it was recently updated. Despite the room being a smoking room there was no unpleasant odor. For the price of the room, the quality was surprisingly great. I will be staying at this hotel next time I'm in town and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a room on a budget.

Super clean for a 2-hotel. The comfort of the bed and the cleanliness is one you would find at a 4-star hotel. Great deal for what you're paying!

Fantastic experience, had to stay a good few days. Prices are reasonable, rooms are upkept and in full working order. In my opinion for what its worth this is a 5star, benefits that I'd like to see is a fan in the bathroom and maybe a thicker bed sheet/blanket spread. Otherwise fantastic place, very friendly staff.

We checked in about an hour ago and after 2 1/2 weeks of travel (Michigan to California and now back to Michigan) all we needed on our last night of travel was a clean room, hot shower, and comfortable bed...and that is exactly what we got. And the price was great, especially for a weekend night. Convenient location right off the highway. They are not serving breakfast at this time due to Covid but that should be expected as most hotels are not. But there is a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot so just plan ahead. Thank you ABVI, if we are ever back in there area, we will book with you for sure.

Clean, affordable, personable. Overall, needs some updates to the bathroom, but still very nice location. Beds were comfortable enough. Living space looked recently redone. Will likely be back.

Room clean and comfortable for the price!

I've been to some bad hotels to know a bad one when I've seen one. I actually inspect them for a living besides. In short though, I saw no negatives. Basic amenities for a basic level stay. I stayed overnight here in between days of long routes in inspections work. No unusual odors. No bad stains or signs of debris. Looked and felt clean and the price was very reasonable. Just be sure you are honest with the staff upfront and know what the risk is if you break any of their big rules. In other words don't smoke in the non-smoking rooms, do it outside if you have to. Don't hide pets or there's a fine. But like I said, I can't complain. It's a quaint stay and close enough to plenty of restaurants and stores. Lebanon has a lot to offer to a weary traveller passing through. I'll probably stay again in the future. : )

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel from traveling, and I have always had the best experience. I was greeted by friendly staff every time, and the rooms have always been nice and clean. I will continue to stop and stay here each time I pass through.
