Super 8 by Wyndham Lebanon

This place was better than Hampton inn the staff was friendly. The pool was open the pool was clean and warm. Worth it 2 days. Best hotel ever WiFi was extra fast as a plane.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's very clean, inside and outside all around, and safe. Tasteful decor, the rooms look new or updated. All the amenities and features are exactly as described on the website. I appreciated that the shampoo & conditioner were full size bottles of a paraben-free brand. The water has some kind of softener that makes the skin and hair feel soft, it reminded me of a spa experience. The pool is nice and clean. They serve a nice continental breakfast, but gets full, so get there early. They apply a very pleasant aroma therapy scent in the hallways, which cannot be said about other hotels in the same price range. The front desk clerk was very professional and welcoming. All around, this hotel is a great deal and top value for your money. I strongly recommend staying here when you're traveling!!

Nice place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Pool refreshing. Our room was next to the entrance/exit door and didn't hear anything. Will stay there again.

This was the nicest Super 8 I have stayed in. For the level of hotel it is, it was great! Friendly staff, clean room.

I would suggest maybe having an app for the guest laundry like CSC Go. Not everyone carries cash

Never been to this place but oh man did they not disappoint. Room felt HUGE and the bed was so soft and amazing

It was nice and clean. Young ladies at desk are sweet and kind.

Everyone was really nice and polite. The beds were really hard to sleep on. The breakfast needs to upgraded. The girls up front need to dress a lot better
There was a girl that came in and she looked like she just crawled out of bed. That girl was very very rude. But i got to say there was s really nice girl and she was dress in black pants and a black and white shirt that had the hotel logo on it. I believe she lives there on site.

I had the worst experience out of all the super 8 's by Wyndham arrived went to our room it had not been touched which led to unpleasant exchange of words with the un duty clerk.
She told me that she would have me removed from the motel if I didn't shut up.
This exchange should have never taken place.
I am sure a more seasoned clerk would not have assigned a room that was not guest ready.
Motel was clean very accessible .

It was a great hotel, it truly has truck parking, clean & comfortable. Staff went above and beyond for their guests. Even changing rooms if necessary to make everyone comfortable. Front desk person was new, slammed with guests, phones constantly ringing, a line of guests checking in. She handled it with ease, pride & will do great. Maintenance came to fix tv in room after he had clocked out & spending time with family.

Excellent customer service. They didn’t have the room I reserved on a booking website and Emily, made everything right. She was very helpful with getting my reimbursement from the booking site and she got me in another room that was actually an upgrade for the same price. The room was very spacious and nice. Super 8 has done a great job here especially with their assistant manager. She was fantastic.

This is a nice place. Clean, the worker's were friendly and had a smile. The room's were set up well. Sitting area, restrooms, shower in the front and the beds in the back room.. The price is high but in the end, you get what you pay for... Ever need a room give Super 8 a try..

The women at the desk were sweet as pie. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. All amenities worked well. Hotel is pet friendly, but doesn’t smell bad or have any lingering scents. Great place to stay.

After a rain storm we impromptu stopped here for the night instead of driving the 5 hours home. We do not regret it at all! The room was nice and clean, plenty of room and fully stocked with towels and wash goods. Since we impromptu stopped, I did not have contact solution on me or even my case. I asked the lady, who’s name was Tanya, if they had any, in which she unfortunately replied that the motel did not have any contact solution. She said she’d ask the staff. I thought she’d blow it off, she did not! Five minutes later she brought me some rewet contact drops that one of the other staff members had. Seriously that helped me out so much and made a huge difference in my eye comfort for the drive home! She also talked to us and made sure we had everything else we needed! She was fantastic, talking to the kids and us on a personal level as well! Please give her a good praise! I definitely am! Thanks for the great stay even though it was only one night!

The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. It was a nice place to get some rest. Only 2 things I could complain about I guess, is no microwave in room and not a large choice of food for the breakfast. I still have 5 stars because price was really good (cheap) and I know I would have been paying a lot more for those amenities at hotel with them.

That was clean, the bed was confortable, the people was nice, the breakfast was big and clean, we really feel safe there!

This hotel was very clean, they were open at 330am to out of town travelers unlike about 15 other hotels we tried. The beds are soft, which I prefer. The best part of a 2 day roadtrip home after vacation!

Good place to stay. Staff was great and the room was great. I had one complaint and the manager said they were already working on it. The shower head was to low. She said they were fixing. That is awesome service
