Love this place!
I’ve never been disappointed. Although, I’ve only gotten concretes from there so I can’t speak on the other things they offer. The staff is always friendly.
Just a really great place to take your kids or friends, or even go alone.
Definitely picking them over Culver’s any time it’s possible.

Super customer service and family friendly. Some of the best custard we’ve ever had, we highly recommend the Jamaica Man and the Hound Dog. Plus they have a small firework stand in the back which is super convenient this time of year! Will definitely be returning for more amazing custard!

The snow cones are so good definitely the best ones I have. I usually get the banana flavored one but every flavor is amazing. All kind of options to pick from with many flavor combinations. They always get it out to you very fast and it's a very nice, calm, and peaceful place. I definitely recommend going here.

Lots of great flavors to choose from and sizes. Reasonably priced. Open all year. We love to go with our family. They have some outdoor seating as well.

I usually get a snow cone. They are so good. But I have had their ice cream too before and it is really good to. This place is the best place in my opinion to get a snow cone. It is about 20 minutes from my house. But I always choose to drive the extra time because they are the best. The employees are usually teens. But I must say that everyone of them that I have interactions with have been very polite and knowledgeable. And unfortunately you don't always get that with teens. They are always working even if there are no customers they are doing other things not just sitting around talking. Thank you to each and everyone of them making my experience a great one every time I go. They have all different flavors for snow cones as well as ice cream. You can get a cone, a sundae, or a concrete but whatever you choose it will be good. If you are going to get a concrete I do recommend the gooey butter cake concrete. They are delicious. 😋

Amazing. Great hours. Open all year. Menu is amazing and so fun with absolutely bonkers titles. Really fun to try and try them all. Unfortunately I don't live in Arnold but whenever I am near I beg whoever I am with to stop there. Definately superior to tropical moose. The silver fox flavor btw is the same as tropical moose wedding cake and the bomb.

Love it here! There’s normally a line, and parking is always full. but there so quick with putting out orders, and almost never mess up, they do not joke around on the juice and sizes either!

Took our puppies to SnJ for a "Snoopy Cup" which is a chicken flavored sno cone topped with a dog treat. The dogs loved it and we loved our snow cones as well!

Possibly the most dangerous place to be on my route home! I definitely suggest stopping for sno cones and custard more than my daughter! Hands down they have the best snocone ice, but I'm there for the concrete! Prices are extremely reasonable for quality! Definitely better when slow... but good luck it's SUMMER!

Been going here for 30 years and the tigers blood is still my favorite. From custom snowcones, to fan favorites, concrete's, to custards, and banana splits this place has it all. The shaved ice is different from all other snowcones you've had in the past that have "crunchy ice".

Been coming here since they opened way back in the day! Fast and friendly service every single time. It's been fun growing up going there and then taking my daughter since she was little as well.. and growing up with all the Joey's 😆❤

I was firstly impressed with a snow come place being open at the end of November, but found myself even more fascinated with snow cones and frozen custard.
Initially the taste wasn't what I hoped for, but long after I finished, the sweetness of the syrup stayed and was quite delicious.

First time trying the custard and it was absolutely delicious I usually go there for a snow cone but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their custard. Must try!!

This is by far my favorite snow ❄ cone joint! The shaved ice is almost creamy 😍😍😍. There's soooo many flavors, and they have something for everyone! They have custard too which I've never tried, but people seem to love it. Go get some!

New Orleans style snow cones are the best! While you are there, grab an extra to throw in the freezer & when you're ready to eat it just let it thaw a few minutes. It will be as if you just picked it up.

This is my family and I favorite snow cone place around! Has extremely fair prices and great selection of flavors! Love that it's also open year round.

My husband and I love going here for shaved ice treats! I love that they carry sugar free flavors too! So I am enjoy a treat without the sugar! The staff has always been friendly and we have never had a bad experience in the 10+ years we have frequented this establishment.
