Overall, it was a very positive experience with Midwest Clearance Center. The employees are really friendly and helpful. I bought a mattress and recliner which both needed to be ordered. I then had it delivered and both were in perfect condition. I definitely recommend them and will be shopping there in the future as well.

We have purchased funiture and decor from the Fenton store several times. Everyone is so nice and helpful! The quality is great and you cannot beat the prices! Highly recommend!!!

Just so happens we picked the Fenton location due to the proximity of our new address and we got the wonderful opportunity to meet Joe, the owner. He was extremely helpful and polite. He also didn’t stalk us or try to upsell us on something we didn’t need, like typical furniture stores.

His store didn’t have as big as selection as his other locations, but he was able to show us different options in stock on the computer. It’s a little nerve wracking buying something you can’t really sit on or see in person, but he assured us of the quality of the product and he was right! Our new couch has a great durable material and fits wonderfully! We opted for the extra warranty coverage which was way cheaper than any other furniture store and covered us for 5 years at $50.

He also went way above and beyond for us. We had family coming to visit and instead of the regular 5 day delivery, he was able to get it delivered in two days, just in time for our family! We by no means ever expected to get a couch that quickly, but that just shows how nice Joe is and the quality service we got from him and even the delivery people was unmatched. I will definitely be recommending them and buying from them in the future!

I will forever be a loyal customer. Not only was the salesmen knowledgeable but they come backed by a full team. They had an issue with a bed however right away sent out a team to finish up the very next business day. On the other hand, I have been waiting for 2 weeks for Carol House to fix their mess up. I have definitely found a new place to get furniture. David at the Fenton location went above and beyond in assisting before I made my decision. Once decision was made the purchase process was very smoothly and quick. Definitely will refer family and friends to check them out.

Friendly place! They didn't have a whole lot on their showroom floor pertaining to living room furniture, however they had lots of beds to try out. They guys there were nice and didn't mind my special needs child.

I am long overdue on writing this, but wanted to make sure we had a complete experience before reviewing. We ordered our furniture months ago due to the delays we had heard about because of COVID. The day we purchased, the guys are the store were fantastic. They were busy but we never felt like we were being ignored. They greeted us, let us know they would be with us shortly and were overall super friendly and helpful. Moving to our new home was delayed and they kept our furniture at the warehouse until it was ready for us to move in. I called to schedule delivery and we had it a few days later. The delivery team was friendly, helpful and were cautious when carrying things in. They set everything up and removed all the trash. I cannot express enough how awesome our experience was with this store. Thank you for your exceptional customer service from shopping to delivery, you exceeding our expectations.

We recently got a king mattress, box spring, and frame from here. First off, David the gentleman who helped us was AMAZING! He was completely knowledgeable about the products he was selling, while still giving us room to sample the beds and talk about it amongst ourselves. Unlike many other stores we had been to that day we did not feel pressured to buy something right then. There was some miscommunication about delivery, and some issues with the leasing agreement, yet David took everyone of them in stride and fixed them all quick. For everything we bought we spent around $1100. This is a 3rd of what almost every other company was quoting me for the same thing. We did buy that day, didn’t even take lunch to think about it like we planned. I would 150% recommend making this a stop if not your first stop when searching for furniture.

This store is a Diamond in the rough. Justin is one outstanding sales person. Justin took the time to show me options, worked with me on delivery and well he was just plain professional and nice. I love my new couch (love seat) and so does my grandson. Thank you for a great experience 👍
