Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lebanon, an IHG Hotel

Great hotel! Got in late and left early but the bed was super comfortable. Room was great and so was breakfast.

We almost always stay at this location. Good job keeping the breakfast going.

Hotel is nice and clean, they do a great job clean your room everyday.

This hotel is amazing! There are only 2 hotels that are worth staying at in this town the holiday inn express and the Hampton inn. This hotel is not a newer hotel but you can not tell as it is super clean! Beds are comfortable and there is even an indoor heated pool! The lady running the front desk on Sunday February 12th is AMAZING. the customer service here is out of this world. If you are looking for a clean hotel and are in Lebanon Missouri you are going to want to stay here!

The staff is friendly & professional. Room was clean & bed was comfortable. I stayed in a King Suite, which has a couch. I was pleasantly surprised to have 2 tvs (1 in front of couch & 1 in front of bed).

A great place to stay away from home. Rooms are clean, the beds are Comfy, the breakfast is good, and most importantly the Staff is awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this motel. Ten star.

Courteous staff. Nicely furnished clean rooms and comfortable beds. Slept soundly, except for when the noisy heater unit kicked on during the night. Loved the large lit bathroom mirror. Good breakfast. Fresh baked cookies were available in the dining area as a free snack when we arrived.

Hotel was very clean and looked new.

Best of all was the friendly and courteous staff. Good customer service should be recognized.

Free breakfast was very good. They have a pancake maker and the biscuits were soft and fresh.

It's also easy to park a UHaul with a trailer here.

We have stand in a lot of hotels in Lebanon and Holiday Inn is the best I have ever stayed in from the rooms to the best breakfast and most friendly staff we will definitely come back.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. We called ahead letting them know we would be checking in later in the evening, and they said it was no issue. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities for our overnight stay. Breakfast had a decent, with a decent selection of options. The pancake machine was neat, but I wish they would have made fluffier pancakes! Overall, worth stopping in at for a night or two!

A little set back off the hwy behind Slim Chicken. Great place. Everything looked new.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was quite exceptional. Everything was clean and in order. We slept pretty good and I normally don't sleep as good when I'm not in my own bed. I very much enjoyed my stay this time in Lebanon, MO. Oh, by the way, the breakfast served in this hotel is awesome. No reason to go anywhere else.

Stopped by here for the night to break our holiday travels over 2 days. Booking online in advance was easy, no issues.

Checked in and the hotel was pretty quiet. Because I am a Platinum member, they had my name on a little welcome white board! That was a nice touch.

The hotel looks new (I read that it is remodeled), has new furniture and a fresh coat of paint. Beds were comfortable and pillows are nice and fluffy. All in, can't ask for more for a simple overnight stay!

We checked in at 1 am after having a issue with another motel in town. Corey was AMAZING!!!!!! He got us right in and even price matched. The room was clean and beautiful and housekeeping even cleaned our room in between nights. I strongly recommend this Holiday Inn Express!!!!

I didn't personally stay here. My family had an accident on the hwy and they were very accommodating. They have an indoor pool to calm the kids and distract then from the event. I came from KY to pick them up in the middle of the night. They verified several times that everyone was okay and had everything they needed. I have stayed at several other holiday inn's and the hospitality was similar.

Showed up without a reservation, they quickly got us room. The night desk lady was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and updated. Very happy to see sugar free syrup in the breakfast offerings along with egg white omelets. Very happy with my stay.

Very impressed with this hotel. Holiday Inn is an old name but it's a new mindset. I LOVE the LED lighting, especially around the bathroom mirror. I look 10 years younger! Very clean, hospitable, very nice people working the front desk. Riley was fabulous! She answered all of my questions and handled a crowd with ease and patience. She kept people smiling and when you're in the hospitality business, that means EVERYTHING! Wonderful hotel!

This was one of the best experiences I had with a hotel. The hotel was clean, and organized. The pool was clean and warm. They offered complementary toiletry products if yours were forgotten. The staff your incredible friendly, and help with whatever we needed.

Best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at! Management and staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room smelled fresh, was clean. Spacious room and bathroom to accommodate the entire family. Great place!
