Walden Pond Apartments

So let’s just jum o right into it…Applying for this apartment was so easy with the help of Ms Grace and Alicia in the leasing office. The process was about two weeks from start to finish with some delays from me. They both were very responsive with any questions or concerns I had with the process. My apart exceeded my initial walk through. I would high recommend moving here. By far the best application process. Thank you Grace and Alicia. My family appreciate you😊

Another great experience. Thank you for the quick response to wash machine water pipe cracking. Maintenance was able to respond in under 5 minutes! And restoration company was on scene in an hour cleaning up what thankfully was only a little water. From maintenance quick response to Alicia expediting the cleanup and then the fast and knowledgeable restoration company. I would say this is what will only keep making this complex the best around hands down! 5 stars all day long! Thank you so much for all you do!

Walden Pond Apartments is one of the nicest places I have ever lived. The office staff is amazing and Grace was an amazing worker and person! The neighbors have been wonderful to me too!

Friendly, clean, and nice community. Appliances updated and staff has always been very helpful. I love the fact there is a pool. It is well kept and maintained.

So I wanted to leave a review about the new management at Walden pond apartments.. since the new management has taken over in 2023.. this place has a better atmosphere morel and overall such a more pleasant place to live, things are getting fixed lights are actually working if there's something broken in the apartments they immediately replace it. They're actually taking the time to fix our pool properly so we're not swimming in hair and nastiness. I truly believe too that they may have something ready for when the pool does open that just not anybody can come in and ruin our pool,but that you truly will have to prove that you're a resident here in order to swim, so that will be a nice change if that goes into effect as well...They are fixing everything that the last management failed to do, this new management is caring about everything they are just coming in and really caring about the residents ,and the property,when there's a problem they fix it as fast as they can . They truly smile and want to communicate with you !!! when you walked in the office with the old management they would avoid you and lie to us all just to get us out their face,but this new management that has taken over is truly caring about the property and residents, it is such a pleasant place to live and I noticed a lot of rift raft has been removed out of here, thank God for that and our children have a safer place to live.. thank you new management for really truly taking care of us residents and not only that but getting people in here that really work for us and care about us as not just residents but as people in general.. you can always count on when you walk in the office now they smile and really want to know how they can help you and what's going on ,thank you for the new management !!! thank you for the new changes !!! thank you for the great changes !!! thank you for all of the nice hard work you guys are putting into this place!!! It really shows your efforts are paying off!!!!KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

The management staff has been very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean and nice. Look forward to staying here for a long time.

I have lived here 5 yrs. All employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job with up keep to the outside. The repair people usually will fix what ever you need in a timely manner. I enjoy my time here. My neighbors are all very sweet.

Very nice and clean apartment. Lots of square feet and two bathrooms. All our neighbors have been great people. We had to call maintenance for a furnace problem and they responded within an hour. Management is super nice. We have been here three years and just resigned another year lease.

Grace went beyond my expectations, friendly,helpful and knowledgeable

My cousin who has a disability lives at Walden Pond Apt. I manager her affairs from NJ. The office staff and maintenance staff are amazing. They have gone above and beyond to assist me and my cousin.

They are 5 stars to me.

Great place to live! I've lived here since November 2013. They are the nicest apartments in the area and the rent is lower or comprable to the other apartments in the area. The office and maintenance employees are all very nice!

I've been living at Waldon ponds apt for 7 years...like it here...it's safe...the people who work here are friendly..fair..honest..do I recommend it...yes most definitely ...pay your rent do what you're suppose to do and you'll have no problems

Great place to live, great people in the neighborhood too. Great staff always helpful and a pleasant to talk to, and or go to if there is any issues

I love these apartment, I have nothing bad to say about them. I mostly stay to myself but kids play outside with problems, I would recommend them
