Rockport Baptist Church

Visited many churches in the past and none of them seem to fit. Wrong doctrine, too big, unfriendly, and then we found Rockport Baptist church. Kind loving wonderful, you can actually learn scripture during service. Imagine that! Wonderful songs and fellowship. Pastor Scott is the best and very educated. Thank you Rockport for being our church home and church family.

Such a sweet spirit here! The congregation seems to be very acceptable of newcomers. Love how there are so many young couples, children and older folks as well. The message was spot on and the music just synched with the pastors word.

A good reformed Baptist church where you feel part of a family A weekly average attendance of about a 150 Congregation capacity would be probably around 300 So never feels overcrowded

I was let out of Jefferson county jail an had no way home an the people from this church help me an welcome me to there Church an I told them I am wanting to get move back down that away an attend there Church that's how they show they cared an I will never forget the help they gave to me an how much they show they cared about me some one they just ment I'm trying to get moved back an me an my best friend are going to start attending there Church an my husband to if he don't have to work that day just wanted to give a thank you again for showing there are people who care

I just love the people here. I will go to the church for the first time tomorrow but I got to experience them and the word while I was incarcerated in jefferson county jail. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow

Very friendly welcoming people. Solid Christ based word and most importantly they are very active in the community shining their light into the darkness
