What an awesome, friendly local coffee shop. The caramel latte was really delicious. It is just a hop off the highway for a good cup of brew to start the day. They also have a convenient drive up window.

Great place in Mt Vernon, MO! Big areas to sit and very good coffee.

We were visiting family in the area and had to find some local caffeine and this spot is absolutely perfect! Their coffee is delicious and they had a wide variety of choices. The girl who took our order was so helpful and had great suggestions. Loved the space and atmosphere and they have an amazing little gift shop with local creations that were too cute! 100% will return next time we’re in town.

Very fun atmosphere! The decor and outdoor seating are an added bonus. Everyone was very friendly and the coffee was great!! Awesome selection of whole beans and other products. Good parking and a drive through.

We hosted a baby shower here a few weeks ago.
The food was phenomenal! The atmosphere is always inviting.

I have such childhood nostalgia around KeenBean as I went often with my family then. Recently I went back for the first time in years and it still impressed just as much as I remember from years ago. KeenBean still holds the prize for the best coffee in my heart. Also their atmosphere is such a vibe. If you're around at all, I couldn't recommend more that it's worth your time and energy to stop in here.

Adorable coffee shop! We were looking for a coffee place on our way to Springfield and decided to stop here because we love local places! The coffee is rich and the desserts are awesome too. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming as well. I got an iced white mocha with strawberry and my dad grabbed an iced caramel latte! Highly recommend the gooey bars & brownies!

Very cool spot. We loved the large patio area and if we had done research before we went, we would have brought our dog with us since the outdoor seating area was so nice. I ordered a simple latte but my order came quickly. The latte itself was great! The inside of the building is really neat with a very cute gift area. We were surprised to find such a gem in such a small town. We will definitely be back when we are in the area next.

The spring chicken salad is to die for extremely good service. Very good place. Good coffee! Excellent veggie plate

Great little small town coffee shop. I was hoping to get some coffee on my way through and was so glad to find this little spot! I would recommend the toasted marshmallow frappe.👌

Stopped here on a road trip and found the most amazing coffee shop. Delicious, friendly, artsy, fun, all at once. I like a latte with a thick creamy foam, and they delivered with smiles ear to ear. My favorite musical artist was playing on the speakers, jack johnson. Totally my vib. Finally, spinach parm quiche to die for!!!!

Always refer to this place as my oasis or hidden treasure! KeenBean is by far my favorite coffee shop in the area! I drive from SGF 2-3x a week to study, read, relax and escape the busy of life. They have great food, coffee and some of the kindest staff ever!

Friendly, helpful service in a comfortable atmosphere. Fresh, delicious foods. I had the spring chicken salad and it's a winner. Also, love love their cold brew and cinnamon rolls or quiche!! A must visit in Mt Vernon!!

First time in today! Awesome place! The Carmel apple butter latte was delicious, the group I was with ordered food and it all looked delicious!

I absolutely loved it!! The coffee was great and the serve was outstanding. This is what a coffee shop should look and feel like. I was looking forward to having a cup of coffee before I flew back to Loveland, Colorado this Sunday morning, but they’re closed on Sundays. I’M PROUD THAT YOU CLOSE ON SUNDAYS!! Even thought I missed a great pastry and a great cup of coffee. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY the best.

I love this place! I am on another long roadtrip, but this time going the other direction than I was 3 months ago when i discovered this place . It was great! My wife had the egg nog latte and I had the peppermint mocha latte. We shared a warm cinnamon role..yum! I also picked up 4 bottles of the hemp infused coffee, made with their coffee locally. Certainly a gem to remember!

Now summer here, open air bands, Delicious gourmet fudge brownies with nuts& whipped on the side. Gourmet muffins. Supper good!!

Perfect coffee place. Delicious, unique and urban.
