Just bought my first car last week and it was a much smoother process than I imagined! Everyone at this dealership cared about me finding the best fit for me without compromising my budget. Dan sold me the car and he was great from start to finish!! Nick in finance was helpful and easy going and got me out of there in such a timely manner. Great place!

Joe Cox in sales, was very thoughtful, kind and accommodating coming in on his day off to let me do a test drive and then handle the sale. Trevor and Ashley were very nice as well and thoroughly explained the closing paperwork. Taylor extended the friendly attitude of the dealership by introducing himself after we reached an agreement on my new vehicle. I felt that I was given a very fair trade on my former vehicle and I was impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of everyone I met with. I hope they will remain a family owned business because it truly makes a difference in service and attitude. Purchased a 2018 gmc denali 3500 on 12-16-2023. The service was amazing. The sales man was not Pushy and was very accommodating. Financing was a breeze and went very smoothly. Also they filled up the tank and gave it a wash and detai while I was signing all the paperwork. Would 100% recommend Jimmy Michael Motors.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My previous car ended up getting totaled. I found a car that I love at Jimmy Michel but had no way to go check it out. Dan drove the car I wanted 20 miles to my house and let me drive it back to the dealership to finish the deal. I couldn’t afford the first option but they bent over backwards to put me in the car I wanted. I got a great deal and was treated like a longtime friend the whole time I was there. Thank you Dan and Nick. Highly recommended!

Parts and service have been stellar for me. Kyle in parts is a straight shooter and very helpful. Jake in service dept is trustworthy and prompt. I trust this place to work on my Ford pickups.

Was so impressed by the staff and the job they do it’s the only service department I use for all of my families vehicles. David Timmons (Internet Sales) answered all my initial questions and Blake Williams (Sales) was a pleasure to work with during test drive and signing. I rarely leave reviews but this was the easiest car buying experience I've had. Definitely recommend.

Found what we were looking for on Facebook! Came & met with Joe Cox. It was 4 degrees out that day & he had the car pulled inside, warmed & cleaned up for us to look at & test drive. Everyone else was super prompt, friendly, honest & helpful throughout the whole process as well. They had it wiped down & gassed up waiting for us once paperwork was finished.
