I'm here as much as I am at home and this is the best O'Reilly's there is.

The older gentleman there was so so helpful. My husband broke down at midnight and I came to help him early in the morning and when I got to O'Reilly's he was so kind and when I brought my old part back he was still so kind. About 3 people came in and out while I was there both times and he knew all of them and called them by name. He sounds like an amazing person and employee.

MYLES stayed a little late to help me find the right tool for my break job. I wanted managers to know he is a great employee!

Just wanted to Thank Rick Epps for going above and beyond in helping us replace the batteries in my Dads truck the other night in the cold. It was like a major surgery... He is a true professional always taking care of the customer. He is a true asset to his company. Thanks again

I have begged everyone to help me from my Vernon to Springfield to change and this place had one person named shorty and he was willing to help me. I'm so grateful I just hope my car makes it home without any other problem

I've known some of these guys for many many years. All of the guys here are first class

We had a boat trailer possibly blow a hub and Rick was amazing. He spent an hour helping us try to find the right parts. He loaned us tools. He measured stuff. He took alot of time to help, out of town people with their problems. When we realized it was the axle and we returned to store, Rick stayed open late and let us return the stuff. He was truly an amazing guy. He deserved to be reconized and definitely promoted with a very big pay raise. There arent alot of people that would have taken all the time and effort to help people but he did. Thanks Rick, we truly appreciate it.

It was raining and cold and my windshield wiper had fell apart they came out and checked to see exactly what I needed and then came out and replaced it for me! Very helpful
