Good place to get products to repair my house. They have quality materials, and the staff actually knows the products they sell. Unlike most big box stores

Always good to come here, even if there's items i can't find, staff is usually pretty quick to ask if you need help.

Large selection, clean and well organized. Friendly staff. Was helped right when walked through the door. Assisted with finding both items on our list. Parking was excellent and easy entry access for anyone. They also rent U-Haul.

Was in Mt Vernon on business had a little time to pass. Brad's true value hardware is an attractive place/business, clean cut. Not many men can resist a chance to browse a hardware store... Even if you don't need something specific.... At That moment, there is always a chance to come across something useful, something that you cannot live without.
Several pleasant employees offered help but seemed to understand the concept of browsing and did not rush me...
I did not find anything today. But I will be back when I need or want something and I sense I will be welcome.
I tend to like hardware stores on sunny days and gush a bit but I do not know the owners or employees of Brad's.

I get my wood pellets at Brad's True Value they have the best prices in the area. Plus no sales tax. Jasper Country charges sales tax on heating supplies .

You'd look pretty hard too find a better group of ppl that work there .love the service.
