For a Mic e Ds, it's actually pretty good... food is almost always hot... get that occasional cold fries, you know how it is. People are always friendly too which is a plus. A+ from me.

order was hot and below $20 for 6 items and we didn't get the Carmel sundae which we didn't realize until we got home which props to mtv McDonald's because y'all's ice cream machine was workin tonight 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 ahh-mazein job. We was order number 29 KS# 13 on side 2 at 7:53 pm on 11/02/2023

However give this man a raise for his service: Shaggy was an A1+ very nice and friendly, read the order back to us after we pulled up to the waiting area spot number two. And he said have a good night thanks for coming ba-da-baba-da before walking away from the vehicle to give the person in spot one their food. Only person I've seen or heard tell customers that as a way to end the conversation after handling the food

But for a tip: on the receipts you should have who took the orders name along with the person's name that handles you the order to get it out the window bc I didn't get the girls name that took the order bc she was sweet and a great multi tasker but again shaggy is now my fav worker and my sister says he's just so awesome and her fav as well

McD's was fine, but the man on the inside order lane, who was after us, cut in line! They began to charge him for our food (just drinks) at the 1st window. They offered him our drinks at the 2nd window! This wasted everyone's time-the workers, his, ours, & those behind us!
Customers! Have some manners! Just simply take your turn! If that means waiting for the next person to pull in front of you-wait a second. Don't cause all this confusion because you want to be first! Grow Up!

Nice clean McDonalds, I would definitely return. The fries were nice and hot, as well as being golden brown. So many of the stores pull them early, but they end up with very little flavor.

Came through while on the road through Missouri. Best customer service at a McDonald’s I have ever received. Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Everything was as ordered. The staff was even nice while my dogs were losing their minds.

Gives CDL holders 10% off :) and has truck parking!!

Excellent customer service.
Cashier in drive thru messed up and charged us for someone else's order. When we noticed the error a manager came and solved the problem quickly. We were charger only $10 for over $25 worth of food. The employee error was in our favor.

Thank you to this McDonald's for being truck friendly. Having a lot accessible for trucks around back is great!

This McDonald’s was a great place to stop just along Interstate 44. The drive thru line was long, however the wait was super fast with hot food and friendly workers… even at 7 a.m. Overall great pick to grab something quick.

The cashier was a very pleasant and helpful young man. We were given a military discount. The staff was all professional the store was very clean. Food was hot and fresh. We came in towards closing and weren't rushed or looked at like they resented us. They all smiled politely and made us feel welcome. We're traveling to a new duty station and we're older,lol. This move has been exhausting and they made their restaurant feel like a welcome respite. That's rare these days. Please give your employees a big thank you from us! You don't know how much we needed that!

Fast and friendly staff helped with our digital ordering. Had really clean restrooms as we were traveling and really liked that. Golden Arches all the way.

Being from the Joplin area I am used to McDonald's not listening to my families orders but today I was so impressed! This McDonald's specifically they were fast, polite, and the best part yet they LISTENED! everything was perfect! They added my sugars and cream in my coffee so I didn't have to!

This is a good place to eat if your in a hurry. The food is always fresh and the staff are friendly. I have stopped here many times over the years and am always pleased.

Good cheeseburgers and fries. Well cooked and not overdone. Decent value for price. Friendly fast service and clean bathrooms. Easy access from highway and good grass out front to walk your dogs. Good quick dinner for a long road trip.

As most fast food places they are usually really good with making sure the line in the drive thru goes fast. The thing that makes them a little better than others is that they make sure you have the right order with the correct price and your food will always be hot and ready to eat 👍

One night I was driving back to school after and after about 8 hours of driving I needed some coffee to make the rest of the trip so I went to this McDonald's and the employees working were some of the nicest and most cheerful people I've ever interacted with, let alone at midnight. They lifted my mood and it really made my night. I've been meaning to leave a review for a while and never got around to it but I love this location, especially if you're on a long drive on I-44.

I wanted to try their new frozen drink but I couldn't make up my mind about the flavor( there's 3) and my inpatient husband was with me and ready to order. The nice girl serving us gave me a sample of each flavor! I think that it was because was forced to move on my birthday, bummer. But after the tasting, it was even HARDER, so I go 2 of the three, my car has 2 cup holders, so why not!?

Everything was great until I added to my app order and however the person did it in the system jacked my app up. It won't work at all now.
