Epic Insurance is awesome to work with! Paul and Mendy are very knowledgeable about insurance and can provide the right policy/coverage to meet your needs. Being local and having a relationship with my insurance agent is important to me. I like being able to call my insurance guy/gal at any time to get questions answered. The quote process was easy and informative. At the end of the day I got more coverage for less money. A win win for all!

Everyone at Epic have been incredibly helpful and responsive. When our windshield was damaged, they were there for us. As we look for retirement insurance, Todd was gracious to share his time knowing we were not yet buying. There is never any pressure to sign up with them but they do a thorough job each time of looking for the best plans for us. Go with them. You cannot go wrong.

Wayne Retherford was my insurance agent since I started driving nearly 20 years ago and since his semi-retirement, son-in-law Paul Crisafulli has seamlessly taken over my accounts (there was a brief period after Wayne and Paul left Farmers to start Epic Insurance, their own independent agency, that a non-compete window prevented them from taking their previous clients with them but once that restriction lifted, I sought Wayne and Paul out because of their trustworthiness and commitment to customer service).

Extending that great service to the rest of the office, any time I call Epic Insurance, regardless of who answers the phone, he or she is able to quickly and completely answer my questions or address whatever need I may have. And once I was able to move my home and vehicle policies back to Paul, as an independent agent, he was able to find me lower rates with a new insurance company that my former long-term insurer couldn't touch. I honestly can't say enough positive things about Epic Insurance.

As a first time insurance buyer, I was very pleased with our experience buying insurance through Epic Insurance. The staff team at Epic is small enough to where they know you by name and are very helpful with spur of the minute questions or changes. Its convenient also that ALL our insurance needs are met though epic. I would recommend Epic Insurance!

This group has been great to me and my business! I currently use them for all of my personal and business insurance needs and have used them since I was in high school. Even with shopping them regularly they produce competitive rates. They take care for you when you have a claim; I have always felt they work for me and my interests not the insurance company. Also, the personal attention I get is far above what any one else can provide. Courtesy calls about payments or whatever just to keep me from forgetting something is way above the call of duty, but as a small business owner it is a huge help. Others would just let my policy get late fees or go into cancellation but they make me feel like an important part of their business in every situation! I Highly Recommend Them!!!

I have been with these guys since 1979. They are absolutely the best! The agents really know their stuff, and have saved me literally hundreds of dollars in premiums. When I have had to file a claim, they are quick to respond, and always make me feel that they are "in my corner." The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Todd Miller helped us change from an HMO to regular Medicare by recommending quality and reasonably priced supplemental and medical insurance. I am considered high medical risk and Todd found the best coverage at a fair price.

After our "long time" home/auto agent recently retired, Todd reviewed our former policies and found improved coverage for our home and two cars at lower prices.
