I was worried about what to do with my house as I had to PCS overseas three years ago. Jason Sharpe and the team at Spirit Rentals Property Management made it a smooth, stress-free transition while renting out my house for the first time. They found me some great tenants, and have been super easy to work with. I can sleep easy at night knowing that Spirit Rentals is managing my property!

The Spirit Rentals team is outstanding and extremely professional! I have had the pleasure of working with Jason for over 6 years now, and he manages both of my properties in Warrensburg and treats them as if they were his own. I have continued trust in their team and will always use them to manage my properties in the future. They are very good at communicating issues and making recommendations for improvements. Whether you’re an investor or renter, they will take great care of you and your property!

Website is super easy to use and everybody is responsible for their own share of rent which is nice. The people were very kind and helpful and they were always quick to send a technician out when something was broken. I rented from them for 3 years and never had a bad experience.

Quality properties, excellent customer service, and prompt maintenance resolution. Mindy in the office is very pleasant and does her best to offer an excellent showing. The maintenance staff is friendly and provides prompt resolution for service requests. The owners, Jason and Mindy, are personable and empathetic with expressed complaints/concerns/satisfactions. No hesitation necessary should you consider business with this property management company.

I use them to manage my property in Warrensburg. This was the first time I rented out a property. They walked me through the whole process were patient with me and answered all questions and concerns. They made the process way easier than I thought it would be. They have always answered my calls after I PCS'd...moved...right when I called. I have had no complaints from the tenant despite the garage door breaking right after they moved in. They quickly fixed the door to keep the tenants happy. I couldn't be happier with how professional and personable they have been. Great down to earth people running a business the right way.

The Spirit Rentals property manager for Holden Apartments answered my call in the middle of the night while my toilet was flooding, helped me shut off the water, and laughed with me about the situation. They sent a repairman the next day (who was also very nice) who answered all my dumb questions. 10/10 wouldn’t mind if my bathroom flooded again.

I have rented with Spirit for two years. I usually deal with Melonie, and she is friendly, helpful, and you can tell she actually cares about her tenants and the properties.

Jason and Melonie were awesome to rent from. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to rent from them during our time in Warrensburg. We didn’t have work orders often but communication was always quick and efficient. They stayed in touch if parts needed to be ordered, and got it fixed quickly as soon as they could. I wish every rental company was ran as well as they run theirs.

I love spirit rentals and its management. My experience has been awesome both as a tenant to one of their properties in Warrensburg and now as a property owner. This is the first landlord I had who gave me back my full security deposit as a renter! Jason and Melonie are very professional with the way they handle their work! I absolutely love Spirit Rentals. I had a terrible experience with my previous landlord but Spirit Rentals have completely renewed my faith in the renting process. I called on a property I was interested in but it was taken and they helped me find an even better property that we just adore! The website is user friendly, easy to access, and paying rent is a breeze. I used to have to mail in checks ever month which was a nightmare. My previous landlord refused to fix anything and made me feel guilty for bringing any issues up but Spirit Rentals is the complete opposite. Whenever I put in a request for maintenance they are usually out the same day! They are so friendly and no matter how big or small my request is they are on top of it. I can't say enough nice things about this company.

Jason and Melonie Sharpe have done a great job taking care of our investment properties. They work with us on making good quality upgrades. Repairs and vacancies are taken care in very timing manner.

Home owners have a portal where they can see everything regarding the home, maintenance, payments etc. They have an on staff maintenance individual who does stellar work and doesn't overcharge.
