Everyone there has become increasingly nice and thorough. They genuinely care about getting the things your car needs. Special shout-out to Jose for going above and beyond to make sure I went to the right place AND help me fight my case of a manufacturing error. Best customer service I've honestly ever received

There was confusion on whether an appointment was needed for a State Vehicle Inspection; yes, you need one.Told I didn’t when I called, I went, they were kind enough to work me in, inspecting my car without a long wait. I was treated in a professional manner. I was pleased. Clean, pleasant atmosphere for waiting.

I’m a first time customer, the entire staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They explained what was wrong and gave me options as well as their recommendations. They located the part needed and had my vehicle repaired the next day. Very happy with the service!

I might say 4, but looking at all the hateful reviews I'm going to say 5. They've made mistakes. Human like I. Can't help everyone that failed to plan, but they try and for they I commend them. It been offered rides and other help when things went awry. But quality is great. I drive an Audi A-6, and they are one of 3 places I'll go to. I've seen the way the angry reviewers treat these guys and it's too bad they can't review the customers
Reality is that auto repairs aren't all created equal. I can't say enough about the help from Curtis and the rest of the team here. Keep it up guys

They went above and beyond again putting new tires on my wife’s expedition last week.
Again, I highly recommend them.

They answered first try unlike Walmart auto center and same day install no ordering and waiting for tires to come in. Total time spent waiting was less then 1 hour for four tires …10/10 would recommend will be going back when the wife’s car needs tires

I had an excellent experience here. They took me in same day appt. I was in and out within an hour. The customer service was exceptional. It was clean and had a very nice waiting room. I'll definitely be back!

They went above and beyond what I expected. I never had a tire shop check my alignment before they changed my tires. They got my truck right in and was done in no time. Excellent service

They did 4 tires and an alignment on the truck, and they installed the front tires on the car. Curtis and crew are awesome and we’re super careful with my vehicles even when I took the car in today just to look for an air leak on a tire they did not sell me.

I came in with a flat hoping it would be an easy fix, but that was not the case. Robert quickly got me a quote for new tires, explained the Big O tire brand warranty and had me in and out within an hour. The waiting area was clean and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stopped in while we were traveling to check if Big-O had tires that would fit our vehicle and also what the wait was to put them on. They had a nice set that fit our Dodge Durango and had them on our vehicle in about 30 minutes! We are very pleased with the tires & service we received.

Great experience! They replaced my tires and brakes and rotors with no issues. I was able to make an appointment online the night before and they were able to ensure that I got in when I needed to the next day. Very happy with the work of the techs and staff Chad helped with with the issues I had and questions I needed answered. Thank you all for the great work

Curtis always keeps me and my wife’s vehicles on point! He’s always helping us out with deals, getting the best quality parts when necessary and we always leave satisfied with our care 👏🏼 Never had to go back to have something done twice because it’s always done correctly the first time. All staff treat us professionally and are very courteous. Communication is always great! No need to go elsewhere- highly recommend! We purchased our Tires from Big O about a year and a half ago and recently had a vibration issue with one of them, we had them check it and it was determined to be a bad Tire, these Tires are no longer available so they arranged for a free replacement and we purchased three new Tires for a complete set.

I've been to Big O tires before but this was my first time at the Warrensburg location and the experience was great! Big O tires has great mechanics with good experience that can do the job. They will take care of your needs and go beyond!
