I called this agent with an emergency type situation and Autumn was so helpful - she got us covered with insurance in no more than two hours. She was friendly and kind and so helpful. Autumn was incredible to work with. She is very good and explained everything fully. Answered all my questions and was able to make adjustments to quotes and take things away to help me understand and get the best coverage for the price possible. Would recommend her to anyone who is looking for assistance!

Autumn was able to get ahold of me around 7pm and spoke with me for over an hour getting insurance for home and auto. She was extremely helpful and very polite, answering all my questions. The personalized care and service of this office is amazing! For years I thought “insurance is insurance what does it matter”?

After this past year, working with them for a totaled vehicle and several details regarding the death of a family member who was insured through them (life, home, and auto), it matters more than I ever imagined!

It was so helpful not only to speak to a person vs computer, but someone who knew my family and our circumstances. They displayed compassion and kindness, and made a painful process so simple.

It’s a small office, they know me by name when I call, and have been so accommodating and patient with all our needs and (many, many) calls and questions, Allison especially!

They truly care about their customers. They are respectful, give their expert advise, but have never tried to upsell- and I’ve been a lifelong customer of over 30 years!
