Kam and Kenzie are top-notch in customer service and friendliness. So laid back and accommodating to whatever requests you make for your drinks. I’m absolutely thrilled to have a reputable nutrition place in Lexington with such amazing nutrition coaches and tea-tenders! I can’t say enough good stuff about this place. I even did one of their monthly challenges and I lost 10lbs and SEVEN INCHES around my waist by following their extremely simple meal plans and using the shakes. I tried for YEARS to break my weight of 200 because I would always plateau right around there, even when I’d go to the gym every day, which left me feeling extremely discouraged, so I’d stop. I could never ever get my nutrition correct and these girls not only met my own personal needs, but I lost so much weight and made a noticeable difference in my appearance in only 28 days. This has quite literally been life-changing for me and it’s all thanks to Kenzie and Kam providing the nutrition and fitness recommendations I needed.

Love the peanut butter banana!! So cute inside and what a blessing to be able to get a treat that's healthy! Great customer service! Love the pink lemonade tea!

This is one of my favorite places in town. All though they might be a bit pricey I'm always willing to pay for that sweet amazing drink. The people there are awsome ✨

This is the a MUST try if you are in Lexington, MO. The workers are are super knowledgeable and friendly. This will be my new everyday thing, I recommend getting the PB cookie shake & fruit roll up tea! So GOOD.

Great place!!:) Great customer service and also great drinks. I got the Freedom tea and was very delicious tasted like a bomb pop.

Tried this place for the first time today, got a mocha iced coffee. It was chalky and made me violently nauseous that's been ongoing for hours. Otherwise great customer service and friendly atmosphere.

Came here the very first week it opened. Tried one of the meal replacement drinks and it was horrible. I couldnt finish it and it was so chalky.

Update: as of recently i have tried another meal replacement drink. Not as bad but i wouldnt choose it over a lot. The water is great though.
