Dr. Nguyen is great! I’ve had fillings from her and she’s fitted me for a new retainer after I ground through my old one. She always makes sure the bite and the fit is comfortable and is happy to make adjustments when I’ve asked. She’s great at patient focused care and takes care of my sensitive teeth.

They were great getting me in quickly and out of pain! Loved the nitrous - laughing gas, made everything much easier. Thanks for helping me get back to eating!

I got my teeth cleaned here, Dr. LeAnn was fun to be around and associates were very professional. I'll definitely be back, I had build up that I had been fibbed to about I. The past and she cleaned it right up.

We rushed into this office with serious problems, and my wife was immediately taken in and treated. We found all of these professionals extremely caring and friendly. Everything being done and planned for the future has been explained to my wife and me very well. We are very appreciative of all they have done for us.

This is she best place to set an appointment up for anything dental related. She came in on her day off to work on my tooth and was very polite and respectful about everything and has overall a good vibe. Will definitely be coming back here for future appointments!

This was my first time coming here and they were very informative and helpful. Tooth was removed without any pain will definitely be back again.

I previously went to this office prior to Dr Hamilton retiring. Roxann was the best hygienist that I've ever found (to this date) and she always had the Dr check her cleaning before me leaving (in which I think should always be done by the Dr.) She left this office and I followed her to Lathrop Dental. She then retired and I was recommend to return to Richmond Family Dentistry. I started seeing this dentist in November 2020. I've always had a space between my two front teeth and was very uncomfortable with it and very conscious of people noticing it. I had braces put on the top teeth to correct the problem when I was younger and then a retainer. Needless to say, it only worked for awhile due to the skin between and on my gum above my front upper teeth that allowed the space to return. I was discussing this issue and the Dr. suggested having a Frenectomy done with laser. I didn't know that this was even available. Come to find out, she had the knowledge and skills and has performed many in her office. She performed this procedure on me, and I highly recommend her if you have the same issue!! BEST MONEY EVER SPENT... and definitely cheaper then braces!

I have been with Richmond Family Dentistry for over a decade and the service has been exceptional. My teeth have never felt so clean. My mother took me to another dentist when we moved houses, and it wasn’t the same. We had to come back. The drive is so worth it. The staff is super friendly and have made it a point to care about me as a person and my life. I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come. Just thought they deserved a little shoutout for their great work.

I brought myself and my daughter in today for a check up and cleanings, our experience was very pleasant. Everything was explained very thoroughly and staff was very friendly and positive. They got us in and took care of us in a timely manner and they were even short staffed today. We definitely will be making Richmond Family Dentistry our family dental facility from now on.
