Very satisfied with our experience with Conner Roofing! Our insurance basically forced us to replace our roof to insure our new home which is already a stressful situation. It was very easy to set up an appt to get a quote. They offered a competitive quote, insure their workers and include workmanship insurance. We liked what they had to offer so we contracted them to replace our roof. After that in just a matter of a few weeks our roof was scheduled and the replacement took one day. It’s so impressive. The workers definitely worked hard and did a great job during clean up. We have three dogs and were worried about nails. We are very happy with our roof and hope it lasts a very very long time. I highly recommend them! Working with James was easy and he also guided me on what documentation to provide to insurance as proof to maintain our coverage. Below a before and after pic.

We had a great experience with Conner Roofing. Rob Conner was honest and informative--we did not need a roof replacement as we had been told by another roofer but did need some maintenance work. The crew that came out to perform the maintenance was professional and also very informative. We will continue to use Conner Roofing for future maintenance or replacement.

Our experience with Conner Roofing LLC was excellent. Our salesperson was Chris Counts, he was professional, knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure to work with. We had Conner Roofing replace our roof, gutters, and repair some damaged siding. Chris did not request any payment until all the work was completed and he personally came out to inspect the work. We especially liked that Conner Roofing does not use a bunch of different subcontractors to do the work.

The employees at Conner roofing were great!! They got our roof done in 1 session. They also got our siding done in 1 day and it was a lot. In love with how it turned out after tornado damage!

I had an insurance claim and Conner Roofing was very helpful every step of the way from the initial bid, to waterproofing the roof, to avoid any leaks, to the final installation. As an added touch, they helped with choosing a shingle color to compliment the house. The clean-up was all that I could have asked for. Chris and Rob were very responsive in answering any questions or concerns that I had. Thank you very much for a job well done!

I cannot say anything negative about my experience. We had damage to our roof after a small tornado went through our town. I did my research on a good local company and found Conner Roofing. They came out within days and did a quote. It was very reasonable. They were willing to work with us on price and willing to work with insurance. The work was quick and done well. Conner Roofing replaced my whole roof after removing a bunch of bad boards that should have been replaced before the previous roofers put on my roof just six years ago. I worked with James Keithley, and appreciated his professional input. Had other roofers look at the roof too, and compared to other roofers, he was clearly more knowledgeable. They don't do band-aid repairs and, I can tell quality work and craftsmanship are valued. He stands by his work since they have a warranty behind their jobs. Pricing was honest and fair too. It's been a long summer with the storms and heat all the issues that have come up as a result, but Chris at Conner Roofing has been great to work with through the process of identifying the issue, roof replacement and getting new gutters. The new roof looks great and the piece of mind is worth every penny.

My insurance adjusted told me I didn't have any roof damage from a recent storm. Chris came out and inspected the roof and documented plenty of hail damaged areas. I send the pictures to my insurance company and they agreed and agreed to replaced my roof. Chris was very easy to work with and patiently answered all my questions. The entire team was incredibly thorough and informative. There was some additional work that needed to be completed that wasn’t originally known and they ensured it was done and done right.
