We had a grilled cheese and wow was it good!! The bread is phenomenal and the scones were too. I can't wait for this business to take off. They deserve to. Great service and such a cute delicatessen style eating area. We will be back!

This place is a diamond. Best bakery in 1000 miles.

Bread, pastries, cookies… everything is unique and perfect. I’ve had at least six types of bread from there (multiple times) and have never been disappointed… sweet or savory.

The best is the brick oven cooking. The flavor is not like anything you’ve had. Most times you can catch them still warm. It melts in your mouth.

The chefs are friendly and excited by what they do. Truly nice people.

If you can only visit ONE place in Warrensburg, make it this one.

Green Truck Bakery is one of my favorite local spots in town. The quality and taste is perfect every time. Whether you want a loaf of bread or a sweet treat or a savory snack, all of their options hit the spot. I absolutely love the croissants! My favorite is their savory croissants with lots of fresh veggies, especially the spinach & artichoke and the mushroom! They always use fresh fruit and vegetables. Their sourdough is some of the best I’ve had in a long time! They also have great lunch options!

Beautiful and tasty bread and pastries. Highly recommend, we started to come each week to pick up a loaf for the week and love it every time!

Wonderful service. We called in an order from out of state to be delivered to a local family. The staff were helpful in offering a good selection of breads, croissants, and cookies, and they delivered on time. We have eaten their cookies, breads and croissants before and they were delicious. I’ve been wishing for some fresh-baked bread, so imagine how excited I was to learn that Warrensburg has an honest-to-goodness bakery! I’m a sourdough fanatic, so that’s all I’ve tried so far. It’s perfect: crusty on the outside, and moist, chewy and delicious on the inside. Supremely satisfying!

I’ve only had a bite of my croissant and I already know I’m coming back!

Carmen, Carl and all of their staff are friendly and helpful. Frequently, there are samples of the products. Everything is baked in the store in their huge, brick oven. They allow you to pre-order products so you don't have to worry about them selling out of what you want. Try the croissants, you won't regret it!

Warrensburg is very fortunate to have this place.
For Christmas 2020, I ordered a dozen Christmas Cookies, an Apple Strudel, and 2 of the Stollen Breads.
Absolutely amazing. These people know their stuff!

This bread is fantastic! I also enjoy their granola. Also, ask your local restaurant if they carry green truck bread. Friendly staff, great products, and even groovy t-shirts!!

The food always tastes amazing and I love how fresh everything is! The fruit tarts and double chocolate cookies are my favorite!
