Sugar Creek Estates

Only been here a few weeks. Nice neighbors and my street is very quiet and clean..

You see the name would have you belief the place leaves a sweet taste on your lips just from saying it. But in reality the place mightve been better named something like Sewer creek estates instead. The people living here, from my personal experiences, are all real big p.o.s.'s. They are the type of people who when you're walking in or out and you see them outside aswell and you wave and/or say hello, you're met with a blank stare, mumbling under their breath and pretty much just contempt. Its my opinion that places like these are miserable.

The complex is clean well maintained and most residents are friendly and respectful . The workers are hard working and will help you if requested.

Great neighborhood, love that you can rent out the the office thingy for party's & what not. Pretty stellar crowd in this subdivision too if I do say so myself. 😏

We live at Sugar Creek Estates, It's very expensive to live here, Were barely able to afford it,, Being were on the property and rent the trailer pad I thought they would help us when we need help, We have to pay for our water, The trailer pad and pay for our grass to be cut, living on disability it doesn't go far,

I like it its convenient to all the stores is what it is I planted trees in my yard to make it feel more country

My mom and dad lives here and they love it, I go by and help them during the day

My aunt lives here and every time I visit it's really nice, clean and quite

The lady was extremely nice very homie we love it!

Of what I seen its a nice and and well keep community

Use to be a nice place when Edie ran it
