This place is always clean, NICELY stocked. The worker's are very professional and greats everyone with a genuine smile and welcome.. they have all kinds of stuff to look at and buy... I've found that they've always been honest and forthcoming about getting items that the customers want or desire. Stop by give them a try.....

If you have a person that is hard to shop for, this is the place to go. Their is something for almost everyone. Dream catchers, incense, smoking accessories, jewelry, clothing, novelty items, Wiccan, and Astrology. Their is so much offered that I can't list it all.
You really have to go and see for yourself. Is a clean, well taken care of store. Everyone I have talked to who works their has been friendly and helpful. You are made to feel welcomed as you are walking through the door.

Amazing customer service! All the girls in here are so sweet and considerate! My husband and I wanted some specific gauges and the front manager Kristi ordered them promptly and had them for us the next time we went in! They have a little of everything you could want in the store! Kim (the owner) will talk and visit with you making it feel so welcoming! Been occasionally visiting for most of my life to be honest! Only store in town that has the beautiful hand crafted varieties they have at the ozz! And Shelly is one of the most beautiful souls I've ever met. Anyone that gets to meet her and share her shine is blessed! The whole staff has always been nice and I can always find something amazing.

Worker's were uniquely professional and friendly. Got there just B4 they were closing. The place was clean and stocked. All different kinds of stuff to check out. They have different kinds of stone's, crystal's. I've got to return 2morrow to look around.. Thank you ladies for your time and patience with us!!!

Overall, The Ozz is one of the most unique and enjoyable shopping experiences in the area. All of the employees are always helpful and make the atmosphere a place you want to come back to. On a side not the jewelry that is hand-made by Sierra is not only some of the best work you will find, her prices, the quality and individuality of each piece will make you want to buy more than one.

Every time I’ve been in the store I get treated with nothing but respect. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable about whatever you might need to know. 10/10 recommend. By far the best head shop in town.

I love coming here!!! The incense smells amazing. I love how the store smells. They have a great selection and all kinds of cute things. They have great stones there! I wish their geodes were cheaper since some are frankly smaller but Im almost always willing to pay the price for great stones. And the staff is always so so friendly! Love them! I could visit this store every day!

Everyone at The OZZ is always so friendly and helpful. I always leave with a smile on my face. It's a perfect place to go for incense, crystals, jewelry and a lot of other things you just have to see.

I love this place has something for everyone in there! Tye-dyes, Jewelry, posters, candles, crystals, you name it, it's probably in there! Just by walking in and smelling the incense gives you a relaxed, calm, cool vibe! And the owner lady is an awesome person she is right there to help you and you have her full attention! and she's very knowledgeable on alot of things! so it's just an all around great place to visit for any reason or no reason at all!

Absolutely love the customer service there they treat you like family and I bought something there and lost my receipt and they are not like most people if you don't have the receipt they actually remember their repeating customers and actually replace the product for nothing I go there instead of Mad Hatter's

If I can get this place more than five star stars then I would give it more! They have the best people working there and they're just so down to earth and perfect is what I would say that the Oz is if you want a good place to go to get anything and everything amazing go to the US you'll be glad you did! And to top it all off their inventory has changed so much since the last time I was there and it was not that long ago amazing I love the store and it's always something new I love it love it love it

This is one of my favorite shops in Lebanon! The staff are so nice! So friendly, and know so much about their products! It’s just about the only place I buy piercings for my daughter I always appreciate the help! If you haven’t been here, check them out! They have so much variety, there’s truly something for everyone!

The ladies that are working are so friendly and helpful. They work hard you bring the latest in blown glass smoking pipes. All different types of smoking devices. Different rolling papers,you name the flavor I'm sure they have it. Make sure you have time to look because you don't want to miss nothing. Overall very clean and neat store to explore.

When you walk in you immediately have a pleasant feeling, it smells so good and they have rockin music playing. Awesome shop they’ve got just about everything! Shelly was so sweet and such help!
