I have rented a climate controlled unit for 4 years. The cost was reasonable, the units were well maintained. Cleaned out the unit today. No bugs, rodents, spiders or anything damaged because of climate changes. I highly recommend them and if the need arises in the future will use again.

My experience was horrible, from issues with the website that meant a unit reserved in Crane instead of Mt Vernon and then a double charge that tied up my money for a transaction that wouldn't go through. The manager only added to these problems by being unavailable for almost 48 hours, only being concerned about getting my card info over the phone, and being unavailable for an appointment 3 days ahead! Will not be doing business with this place.

Edit: Manager continuing to show poor business skills by denying me a unit at another facility due to this post.

Update: I would recommend AAA Moore's Storage after my experience. They take good care of me! Moved out of state after a year and still have stuff in storage. They are friendly, helpful, and well priced.
