Tom and Tracy are the best! They have done my nails and my mom’s nails for years. They have always done them well but also quick and efficiently! They have the best service and my nails last so much longer here compared to other places! They are always willing to fix something if you want corrections! They have even done great work for our family prior to my sisters wedding on a large group of us while still doing a fantastic job! On top of that, they are always very friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes in and strive to give them the best service to all their customers! Picture of my most recent manicure with beautiful color! Tracy even suggested this color over another color because she said that the color would show up better. She demonstrated on her own nail to give me a good picture and let me pick! She is amazing! Prices ARE listed in stores with the best price I can find in any salon!

What a pleasant surprise of a hidden gem nail salon in St. Charles! Located in Bogey Club Tower right off Zumbehl Rd. I needed a quick refresh on my nails and US nails was open at 9am! Tracy did my nails perfectly - a beautiful dip manicure as speedy as she could with precision of course, as I had a meeting in a short time away. Thank you Tracy and US Nails.

I have been going to US nails since 2008. They always do an amazing job! They helped repair damages from another local salon. Tracy and Tom are the best! They do so much for the elderly in the area and keep prices reasonable for them and everyone else! They may not do the crazy looking nails some are looking for but they do great natural looking full sets. They aren't just in it for the money, they also make suggestions based on the best things for your nails. I'll continue to patronize the salon for a long as they are here!

I have been a client here for 13 years. Tom and Tracy have always taken the time to make sure my experience is good here. They are professional as well as personable. Their rates are very good.

They work with all kinds of people and have always been fair with them. They even once let my daughter come back in to pay for her service because she left her wallet at home.

Tracy and Tom are truly AMAZING! I was tired of going to over packed and over priced nail salons, it became more of a chore than anything.
Tom hands down gives the best pedicures I’ve ever had. He’s meticulous and thorough.
Tracy typically does my fills and she is quick and thorough as well.
This is the first salon I’ve ever been to who is honest and not just trying to make an easy buck off their clients.

I have been coming to U S Nails for almost 20 years. I had tried other places in the past, but no other place measures up to Tom & Tracy, the owners. They are always friendly, thorough with their work & accommodating when I schedule my bi-weekly appointments. They are both hard workers; always making sure their customers are happy and satisfied. Tom & Tracy are without a doubt; THE BEST!!!

I have patronized US Nails since 2004. In those 20 years, I have often been there at the same time as other customers who were people of color. I have always observed that Tom and Tracy treat everyone respectfully. They always do a great job, and are gentle in their work.

After trying out multiple nail salons I finally found U S Nail Salon. Tracy does an amazing job and my nails always look fantastic. I will be going here for man years to come. You should definitely try them out for a pleasant and professional nail appointment. U S Nail Salon gets a 5 star review from me.

I have been going to US nails over two years. My girlfriend and I always come together, and my husband even gets pedicures on occasion. Both Tom and his wife are very friendly and professional. I have never seen them anything other than very accommodating to any and all customers, that have come in. I would recommend the salon highly. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is always top-notch.

I have been a loyal client for almost 4 years. I moved out of St Charles and still drive to this location because they do such a great job & treat their customers like family! Not only have I always been happy with my nails, I also love the fact that they honor your appointment time. I know if I make an appointment at a certain time, I will not be stuck waiting like I have had to at other places. This nail salon has been in business for over 20 year at the same location with the same owners. If that doesn’t tell you how amazing Tom and Tracy are, then do your self a favor and go there and find out!

Despite what one woman of color wrote, I wholeheartedly recommend Tom a Tracy! I have been coming here for over 20 years and have never received or saw others receive anything but wonderful professional service! They service young , old, black, white and everything in between! I would love to support them in court if she really shows up! Best nail salon around in my opinion!

Most amazing service I've experienced!!!!!!!!!!! They were professional and did such a wonderful job on my nails. They also didn't pedicure shame me for the state of my toes, especially since it was my first pedicure for over a year. Definitely coming back!!!!!!!!

Just got a fresh mani and pedi, as always Tom did a great job! This has been my go to place for several years. I like the personal touch of always having a consistent person doing my nails. Tracy and Tom have always been nice and respectful to me.

If I could give six stars, I would. The owners do wonderful work on nails and toes. These are the kindest people you could ever want to know. I highly recommend this business for men also. You guys need to keep your feet in good shape.

I have been getting my nails done SOLELY at this shop since before the present owners bought it in 2004. I won't let anyone else touch my nails. The owners are courteous and will even go so far as to fix damage I've done to a nail, on short notice. Their prices are reasonable and clearly posted behind the front counter on a wall display and have been the entire 20 years I have been a customer. They have a wide range of customers, in age and ethnicity. In my presence, ALL have been serviced politely! I would recommend this shop to ANY and EVERYONE!

i have been going to this shop for more than 11 years. I trust them with my nails, implicitly. They keep separate boxes for each customers utensils. i consistently get compliments on how natural my tips appear. i can get in for an appointment easily. GREAT JOB!

I have been coming here for 5 years and it is the most well run nail shop I have ever been too. One of the few nail shops that you can make an appointment and they run on schedule which saves so much time. On top of that the prices are posted and very reasonable. It is professional, clean and well run. A pleasant experience every single time.
