I have only been in this business twice. Both times the staff were friendly and helpful. In one instance I inquired about a product and the employee looked up the price of a competitor and compared it to the stores price. He honestly told me he couldn’t beat the competitors price and said he was sorry and that I should get the product through the other company. I was really impressed with this gentleman. His honesty and sincerity meant a lot to me.

Shout-out to buffalo Radio Shack!!! I have a special needs child and can't take her in the store. I can call them and tell them what I need and they bring it out to my car and I give them payment at curbside. I greatly appreciate this and it helps this momma out BIG time! And they are always friendly and kind. They never treat it as an inconvenience at all!! Thank you buffalo Radio Shack!

We have looked every where for an affordable and decent outdoor antenna for our TV. We live 6 miles out side of a small.town in a valley. We decided to try Radio Shack and were immediately pleased ! We were helped with everything and the customer assistance we received was TOP notch. We did het our antenna and wow does it beat all. The price was great too.
