First Baptist Church-Mansfield

If it wasn't for Pastor Jim and his exuberant personality this place would not be what it is. He is compelled by a sense of community and directs his services in a way that keep you intrigued. His leadership shines throughout the congregation from the children to the sense of family and community he strives to develop a church anyone can attend, from all walks of life. This is a place you can go to seek worship or just a good laugh and a warm meal. If you are new to this area I encourage you to stop by, you will be welcomed with open arms and leave a more wholesome person than the one who entered.

I’ve been a church goer my entire life, and this is the most friendly, welcoming church I have ever attended. Pastor Jim preaches straight from the Word of God, and does not water things down. It’s very evident when he preaches that he’s being led by the Holy Spirit, you can sense Lord’s presence there in the room. The worship team is also top notch, as well as the kids programs and Sunday School classes! Their church slogan is “Love God, Love People.” They are definitely living it out!

Went to Christmas Eve service. Very nice and very loving and welcoming people. Will definitely be attending this church as often as possible

I'm a Baptist. This Mansfield church is filled with precious people !! Beautiful Service there that Sunday. They were celebrating their anniversary. It was like walking in to another church home. The true doctrine of Jesus Christ !!!

This Church is amazing! Very welcoming to all. If you get the chance, come and check it out. You will be amazed as I was.

Very friendly church. They have an inside gymnasium they recently built for the children to use. Very clean. I highly recommend this church.
