My husband and I were involved in a near deadly accident that knocked out and/or broke so many of my teeth, they were unable to salvage them. I was not looking forward to dentures, and the thought depressed me because my teeth were so pretty before the wreck. I just knew dentures were going to look nothing li,e my natural teeth. I made my appointment with Dr. Sanders and I was just expecting the typical look of dentures. J have to say this...Dr. Sanders did such an amazing job, no one can tell I have dentures. My daughter cried when she saw me. Dr. Sanders is a perfectionist, I think, and that is EXACTLY what I needed!! His assistants were also very sweet and compassionate, and made me feel less anxious. I can't say enough great things about this place, and a review hardly seems enough to thank them for truly giving me my smile back! That is priceless! If perfection matters to anyone needing dentures, I highly recommend Lebanon Family Dentistry!

After three visits I am very pleased with the Doctor and his staff. This is the first time that I haven't experienced a lot of pain, during and after a deep cleaning. Also, I experienced very little pain when Dr. Sanders administered the numbing medication for filling cavities.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful in dealing with insurance and scheduling. Thank you Dr. Sanders and staff!

Just got a top denture yesterday, they did a great job! I'm so excited to have a nice smile again and not constantly have tooth aches. Dr. Sanders definitely makes sure you're numbed up well an is super fast at getting extractions done and over with, I would absolutely recommend his office!

Dr. Sanders and his staff go above and beyond to help take care of any situation you may have. From a regular cleaning to an emergency situation they treat you with the up most respect and care to make sure you are taken care of properly. I highly recommend Dr. Sanders. And, they have a lab in house so you really won't have to be sent away for to many other things. Which is great!!!

Obviously I was nervous going in to a dentist however after talking with the very kind and caring Receptionist then guided to the exam room by nurse who was super nice and very professional making me comfortable and easing my nerves I then got to see Dr Steven’s he went right to work never felt any pain at all pulled my tooth and sent me on my way. I’m 61 years old and have been seen by many different dentists and have a lot of work done. This by far was the very best dental experience for me bar none…This facility is ace’s….💕

I needed 3 extractions recently. Dr. Sanders and his staff did an excellent job! I’ve always been happy there so I’m glad to share. Folks are treated very well and honestly I did not have any discomfort at all. Quick, painless and affordable.

As a California transplant to Missouri I was worried I wouldn't find a great place to have my dental needs met. Exceptional service, caring staff. Dr sanders goes above and beyond without suggesting added expenses you really don't need. But, is willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have also. He also keeps up with the latest procedures too. Normally the dentist is one that I dread going to, but lebanon family dentistry staff really calms and comforts me everytime.

The staff made you feel very comfortable and they are very professional. Dr. Sanders was very professional didn’t say much but I like that since I can’t really talk while having my teeth taken care of. Definitely will continue seeing him and his wonderful staff.

I love Dr. Sanders and his team! Down to earth and to the point, no pain when he works on you, makes sure your comfortable! Will always go to him. Just wish they had a sliding scale for low income!

Very friendly staff and Dr. Sanders is vary careful not to hurt you in anyway. Loves to talk about sports (baseball) and is concerned about your teeth. I enjoy every vist that I go to.

The dentist and staff are very accommodating to people like me who have anxiety issues when it comes to dental work. I will definitely be going back for further dental work. Grateful for their kindness and understanding.

Amazing dentist and Techs. Went in for top dental plate Had. Great time with the staff and left with beautiful teeth. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone
