Brittany is the most knowledgeable and professional person in this whole town. We always do our business with her because we know she will give us accurate, up to date information in whatever we are shopping for!

I wish I could give a 6 star review, I have never had an easier experience with a phone store than I had yesterday. The staff at the Lebanon location is by far the friendliest team I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They took what could have been a very stressful situation and made it completely painless. I was even laughing in the midst of it all because the staff were so personable and funny! They had my issue resolved quickly and I will absolutely be going to this store exclusively in the future.

This location is the best that I’ve been to.. all of the reps are so friendly and helpful.. I will not be going anywhere else!!

Excellent staff. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. They were not pushy and provided great details on products and programs. We have been with AT&T for thirty plus years and decided to shop around. After working with store, we felt it was best to stay with them.

The AT&T Representative was very friendly and most of all extremely intelligent. I'd recommend our local Lebanon, Mo. store to anyone.

I am a geek. I am a Customer Service Manager. I am VERY DIFFICULT to please. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in Lebanon. I stopped into a store in Springfield...would NEVER go back. The people here are knowledgeable, personable, professional and fun to work with. I would drive to Lebanon from Springfield, these people are that good. Rarely do I endorse like this...I do for the staff at AT&T in Lebanon. I hope my experience with AT&T the company is half as good.

Very nice customer service there. Prices are fair as I was expecting outrageous prices for accessories. Store is fairly clean and design is appealing compared to other cellular stores in the area. They had everything that I was looking for in stock as well. Very happy I was able to upgrade my phone to the exact kind I wanted. I highly recommend this place if you’re getting a new phone or need new accessories.

We like AT&T because they have always been very helpful with explaining how to get the best use of our phones and try to find plans that will work for us being on a fixed income. If we have issues or problems they have always been very helpful in finding solutions for us. The Lebanon MO store has very nice and knowledgeable people who take their time with us as we are older and sometimes don't understand the technology of our phones at times.

Someone pretending to be from a t and t called me and told me my online account had been suspended for unusual activity. After several messages trying to verify who I was this person wanted me to send them a copy of my driver's license or passport. At that point I said that's it. I'm not sending any more information I went to my local store for a t and t and describe what had been taking place earlier this day. This store person called up or pulled up my account and found out that it was a scam and that this person was trying to buy a $1,200 phone on my account pretending to be me talking to AT&T

It was great! We had awesome customer service and we got a really good deal for what we wanted. The employee worked hard to get us taken care of in a timely Manor.

They are very helpful with any issues you might have. We have been with them since 2003, great knowledgeable staff. Good job Brittany.

I love AT&T. And the service and I even like the people you work with when you go in, however it takes forever to setup new service I wish it were quicker in that sense.

Very helpful, and courteous young man assisted me. My phone was malfunctioning, and he had it figured out in a flash
