Excellent care. An agent is a key component of your insurance choices. Kent Zimmer and his staff are not only efficient and competent but good communicators and easy to work with. We have dealt with them on home insurance and car insurance - from hail damage on car and roof, car accidents, and theft. They have always been fair and reasonable (of course you always want more out of the insurance than the coverage you have but one has to be reasonable).

Kent has been my insurance agent since 2013 and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his team. Megan R takes amazing care of us and is an absolute rock star when it comes to all of our insurance needs. She is responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly and we greatly appreciate everything she does to assist us and take care of us. Although All State boasts that its customers are in "good hands," I can promise you that with Kent and Megan at State Farm, you're in GREAT hands.

I have been with big companies, small companies and everywhere in between. Donna and Kent are by far the best, most responsive agents I have ever had. I have a truck, car, 5th wheel camper, house and three trailers insured with them and if I could have them insure my construction business I would be in heaven!
