I learned a great lesson today! I had ordered flowers from Ava's flowers (1800#) for my wife's birthday and when they were delivered the color was wrong. I went to the Flower Basket who prepared my order and she showed me the invoice from Ava's and Ava's sent in the wrong info. Ava's refused to reimburse me and or the Flower Basket for the mistake. So the very kind lady who runs the Flower Basket took the flowers and made me the prettiest, brightest arrangement I could have ask for at no extra charge. Everyone who saw them was in awe including my wife. So save your money, time and efforts and go straight to the Flowers Basket and pick exactly what you want and it's cheaper in the long run. Cut out the middle man and keep business local. I appreciate the Flower Basket for placing people before profit. They will always have my business from now on.

I needed flowers delivered same day to three assistants in Lebanon, Missouri. In the past I’ve used several different online resources for sending gifts but recently a friend suggested supporting local businesses instead. That was the best advice a person has ever offered me. I spoke with Paul in the phone and he was super helpful. I gave him an amount I wanted to spend and told him the occasion.

I love these people! I wanted to send flowers to a family on the occasion of the death of their father. Since I live in Gettysburg, PA, I relied on the internet to place an order. Flower Basket took the initiative to call me to let me know that, since this array wasn't intended to be left at the grave site, there was a more appropriate selection to deliver to the family's home. I live out of town, hate calling 1-800 Flowers, or FTD Florist, they charge outrageous fees. So I Googled "florist in Lebanon, Mo". Glad I did, Flower Basket did an excellent job taking my order, and a gorgeous arrangement delivered the next day for a funeral!!! Thank you to the wonderful staff for a job well done!
