After 3 months of working with another roofing company and still needing new roofs, McCoy Roofing was recommended to us by our insurance agent. We then had the honor of meeting Chase. He inspected our damage and listened to our story. He immediately started working on a solution. He communicated regularly with us and always did what he said he would do- something we had not experienced before with the other contractor. Last week, our new roofs were done! They look great! When it rained today, we felt safe and snug...no more water damage like we had previously. The roofing crew were skilled and did an excellent job. We can't say enough about Chase and how he handled our situation for us.

Never made it out to give a estimate stoped at 2 places on my road and if they would have waited at the second one or went up and knocked on the door it was my brother's house he could have pointed them in the right direction also if they would call I could have talked them in

I had one of their repair men come out to look at our roof because of a leak. The first time they came out, they went to the wrong house. After getting that situated several days later, the roof was thoroughly inspected. I was given an estimate of 600-700 to patch the leak and fix the ceiling. However, after learning that my insurance deduction was 2500, I was given a new estimate of $2200 because "their company would not insure them unless they used expensive supplies". Needless to say, I'm very upset that the estimate jumped nearly 4 times the original amount just because I messed up and told them I would pay the deduction if it meant replacing my entire roof. Once they found out I had a little money to spend, they were just fine asking for it all. I've since gone with another roofing company for my concerns who gave me a fair pricing.
