Pleasant professional staff. Calmed my fears and answered my questions. Dr. Collins performed my extractions, some of which were very difficult due to deep root structure.
I returned for my 24-hour revisit then my 1st soft liner and can't speak better of the service offered.
Quick sidebar. Get to town early and visit the Keen Bean coffee shop for breakfast. Fantastic cinnamon rolls! Then once your wax impressions are done, go to The Family Restaurant for lunch prior to your extractions.

I was ver impressed, the gal that worked on my dentures was very good , professional, and had a soft touch when taking the impressions, when it came to pick them up , she took her time and to make sure they fit perfectly, I got the porcelain and couldn’t be happier, she made the experience very pleasant, she definitely took pride in what she done , best dentures I’ve had to date, the fit is perfect, I would suggest these to everyone and will return if needed to.

I am pleased with how kind everyone was during my visit. Dr May is kind and explanatory with much patience. I have anxiety and he helped me work thru all my worries with ease. Thank you !!

The only dentist to go to! All their staff is kind and professional their clinic is always clean I've always gotten the care I needed with no fumbles, their communication is fantastic and their service is reasonably fast.

Aside from having way more Xrays than I ever experienced in my 60 years, my experience was good.

I do not have insurance, so the cost of a first time visit, checkup, cleaning, and of course the dozens of Xrays was a lot, but reasonable based on what I expected.

This clinic appears to be a company type business, and efficiency is the order of the day. Therefore you will spend 90% or more of your appointment (roughly 30 min for me) with the hygienist (Front liners in routine dental care) and less than 2 minutes with the dentist (including introductory handshake and pleasantries). The hygienist was rushing and said she was backlogged with Xrays and charting but there were others to step in and help pick up the slack. She also took time to ask if I had questions and to counsel me on the latest breakthroughs in tooth care. The appearance of lobby and exam rooms was clean, bright, and tidy.

If you have dealt with private practice dentistry all your life (as I have) you may like me find the experience here more like an assembly line approach. For example, I moved from one room to get the 360 degree Xray, then to an exam room to get more bitewing Xrays and exam/cleaning, and then a third room for a brief consult with the DDS.

I doubt the dentist and I will get to be friendly, which is too bad because I kinda enjoy mumbling with my mouth full of instruments, and having the dentist actually understand me!!!

I have had a great experience here. They have been very supportive and had great after care and very easy to work with.

I am very pleased with my dental work and dentures from Mid-America dental. Will definitely return if needed.
