Bennett Spring Homestead Motel

Spent a very enjoyable weekend in the large room with 3 brand new double beds. While the renovation was not complete, the space was wonderful for 6 of us. Very affordable. A bit of road noise as it was close to the highway. They do not have canoe rentals as the website needs updating. Very easy to find. Great location.

I have stayed here twice. And enjoyed it every time. Its very affordable quiet if you are floating using NRO the bus will come pick you up right at your room . looking forward to many more trips and memories.

It was nice and quiet and close to fishing. The staff was very friendly. They have a nice patio area where you can sit and grill out . Love that they are pet friendly, so do my dogs. Price of room was good also. We plan to go back in a couple of weeks.

Went on a family float trip and my brother Allen Jones found this perfect place for us to stay. We had such a great time the cabin was clean and affordable..we will definitely be back next year..we had a blast!!!

Stayed in Unit 22. Couch is a hide-a-bed, so you could sleep 4 (could be an additional fee for more than 2 occupancy). Paid $330 for 3 nights, including nightly pet fee. Very affordable! Kitchen/living separate from bdrm, with bathroom in-between. Older motel, but updated, as you can see from photos. Very homey. It was quiet and I really enjoyed my stay. Office was very responsive and helpful. Only thing I would say is grocery shop on your way if you're on a tight sched. Takes a little bit to get places. But, liked stopping at the local places to get what I needed.

Stayed here with my girl and enjoyed it greatly. The rooms was very clean, the staff was great and also friendly. The property is just very nice all around. I will be enjoying this many more times to come.

Have been staying here for the past 20 summers for my friends and family annual float trip. The manager is more than nice, she's super accommodating. If you're not one for camping and but you like to fish or float then this is the perfect place to stay. The rooms that my group stays in even has full kitchens so it's perfect for a family that wants to cook instead of eat out.
My one complaint would be they had to get rid of the pool but other than that I plan on staying here for the next 20 years.

We have been coming to Bennett for longer than I have been alive for our Family reunion. So I’ve been to every Cabin ,Hotel, Motel, Camp Ground , Canoe Rental place y’all can think of . I do absolutely love Homestead . Thank you Guys for always making us feel at home. We always get the big house in the back . This year we had to upgrade to the bigger house cause our family just keeps getting bigger plus we planned another trip with you to stay. We appreciate the hospitality of you accommodating our needs. Thank you and Bennett Springs for all you do to make our trip perfect every time that we all come in to enjoy our time together.

Called yesterday and they had a room for last night. Got told that they closed for check ins at 10 pm. I was coming from Kansas City and knew that I couldn't make it in time. They made accommodations so that I could still get a room. Got room 14 and really enjoyed the space. Clean, Great Staff, and great location. I come down almost every weekend was glad that the normal spot I stay didn't have any rooms. Definitely going to stay here again. Thanks alot

This place is awesome low priced great staff. It's rustic which is awesome very quiet. Lots of privacy. It was clean. Great place to relax while on vacation or just stopping for a night. We loved that it was so close to the national park. The lady who checked us in was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She even let us know some good local places to shop and eat. I will be back again next time I'm in town. I recommend this inn to anyone who needs a place for the night best hotel,motel,inn in Missouri. Have to add on my last day met the new owner great guy. Good job man your inn is amazing

I absolutely love this place,a bit rustic yet serves the purpose. I've been down here for the past 25 yrs. It's what it is a cozy place to sleep before a long day of fishing.if you're expecting dinner mint's on your pillow then you're not a fisherman (move on) the new owner's are awesome very informative and knowledgeable. Nice and affordable come stay with them but don't expect luxury. It's a fisherman's paradise. Nothing more an above the rest. Very happy camper.🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣

Words cannot Express how much the staff and owners did for us. Amazing people. We will be back every year. Good clean rooms, very close to Bennett Springs, full kitchen, picnic tables outside to visit with friends, a huge deck space.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed here due to bad reviews of hotels in town, and glad we did. It's a cozy fishing motel, our room had fridge and microwave was which an added unexpected bonus. There are only a few channels, but most people come to go fishing so who cares? We slept well and went to Cackle Hatchery the next morning to pickup turkeys.

Wee stayed here 2 nights and it was very enjoyable and very clean. The workers was nice and informative. We will be back and we have told everyone how much we love our stay!!

Enjoyed our stay here. Not the nicest most updated place but the staff is great and the rooms are clean. The deck area covering the old pool makes for a great dance floor/party area. Sorry for being so loud. Memories from our stay here will last a lifetime. Thanks!

VERY quiet! Even the families that start grilling their daily fish catch at 8:30 pm. Still quiet! Many charcoal grills and lawn chairs provided on nice shady porches. I sat outside and read all afternoon on the porch outside of our clean room. And so close to Bennett Spring State Park! We are so glad that we stayed here. If ever in the area, we would stay here again.

Hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful. Extra areas were available, where guests can sit and make new friendships. Easy access for handicap wheelchair and walker. If handicap rooms are taken it is helpful to pack extra suction handles and remember to pack them for return trip home. Loved that we were able to bring our fur baby Chicka along she loved the stay, as well. Close to shopping, fastfood and numerous outdoor activities too. Gift shops, pizza, family style dine in restaurant, canoes, kayaks, frisbee golf, tent camping with electric and fire pit, hotel accommodations, cabins, and level camper parking with parking pads. For fishing lovers 24,000 trout released daily at 11 pm spread through all zones waiting for 7:30 am siren to kick off 12 hrs of fishing with 7:30 pm siren signal for days end on fishing. This happens daily. There is nothing left out to make your visit the best memory ever and make it exciting to plan future family traditions. Thank you for a really great stay in Lebanon, MO. Omg this place is great. The rooms are clean and affordable BUT the people here are AMAZING!! The husband and wife owners are such nice accomidating people the front desk woman Ann is also super sweet. They really made our family feel at home!! We will defiantly be coming back.

I guess this is just considered a Fisherman's Lodge but me and Pam we like American kitsch and that's what this place is. Don't come here if you're looking for a cookie on your pillow. If you found a cookie on your pillow here it probably would have a bite out of it. I'm joking though the rooms have been cleaned every time we've been there there's kitchenettes with utensils in the drawers and cutting boards and bowls everything you could possibly need to cook a whole meal for the family. It's not too fancy but it is well kept up, it's old but it's been taken care of. Ask the owner who's probably behind the counter where you checked in about some local spots to check out and run across the street for anything you can possibly imagine needing eating on a fishing trip. I was surprised at how much they actually had in there not to mention they've got a decent selection of craft beer and liquor. This place is a go to for me and Pamela we love it. We always go in the off-season though because if you try to get in there from I guess March to September, we were told, you can't even book a room because of all the fishermen.

I have stayed here for years and won't stay anywhere else. Tim, Louann and JD are very courteous, friendly and attentive to your needs. The rooms are clean, neat and comfortable and the rates are very reasonable. There is a pool for relaxation after a day of fishing or canoeing which they rent. It is a half mile from the park and really convienient. Highly recommended.
