Took a week vacation with family and I wanted to learn fly fishing. The staff here took the time to show me exactly what I needed to know and how to fish this park. From what the fish are biting most to casting technique and helping me learn to tie the perfection loops. Glad to see service like this still exists somewhere. Would rate higher if I could. Thanks y’all for making my trip a great experience! My family had an incredible time.

While fishing at bennett springs my wife caught a couple nice trout. We were told be another fisherman that Larry's gives away pins for fish over 2 lbs so we thought we would stop by and check it out. You take your fish inside and they weigh it. If it's over 2 lbs you get a pin for your fishing vest. The guy working there was super nice. Prices were cheaper than Bennett springs as far as tackle goes so we will definitely stop by next time we are in the area. Thanks for the great service

These folks are the embodiment of customer service. Larry and his family have taken care of generations of my wife's and now my family. They have bent over backwards time and again to make sure that we had a great time, and will do everything in their power to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Whether it's suggesting the day's best lure, giving you the best deal on a fly rod, or simply just some chit-chat, you will not find a better experience in the area or better people. Larry is mostly retired now, but go see his son Kelly, he will take care of you.

I've only been coming to BSSP for a full year. I've been here now three times and to be honest Larrys fly fishing store has been beyond helpful. Kelly helped me the last few times I came in there. Gave me advice which helped me catch fish. This last trip July 26-30 I bought a converted bamboo fly rod that was made to a spinning rod. This rod is beautiful and hand restored. All in all this is my go to store when on the river.

The owner, Kelly is great. They have lots of flys and some fly tying materials. The have some drinks, ice cream, and ice. I love this place! Great people so sweet and nice.

Nice fly shop right outside the state park wide selection of flies and very informative on whats working for the best bite.

Always great service. Stop in for an update on what’s happening at the stream. Find out what they are biting on. Grab some bait and a few new flys. Maybe it’s time for a new flyrod!? Grab a snack and you’re ready to go.
