Hot fresh food, great service! Was the best Arby's experience I had in a long time, will be back

The food was the best Arby's I have eaten. Every thing what hot of the line. Fast service in drive thur.

I just had a wonderful experience! Last time I came here the fries where soggy and the brisket was like rubber I was hesitant on coming back but I'm glad I did. The lady in the drive through with the nose piercings and nice face was really great got my food right away. The brisket sandwich was great this time I'll definitely return!

Tomi was very helpful and accommodating! Deserves a raise!

Love the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with extra lettuce, extra ranch. Their Jalapeno Poppers, Mozzarella Sticks, and especially the White Cheddar Mac & Cheese are excellent.

The service here has been especially good as of late, enough of an improvement that I'm leaving a review only now after living in the area for years.

I came here and they forgot my potato cakes. Then I called and the staff was very polite and prompt about replacement. The French dip sandwich was amazing and was fresh. Thank you for making my potentially upsetting experience a good one!!!

I messed up when I ordered sandwiches for my neighbor & myself. When I got to the window the gal added the sandwich to the order with a pleasant & professional attitude & smile on her face. It was a smooth transition & she performed the task in a manner that was quick & accurate with a smile on her face. The line was long but they were moving & serving people quickly. I didn't have to wait hardly at all even with the added sandwich to the order. Had she not mentioned the horsey sauce I would have forgotten it....great customer service! My ticket # was D2044. Good service. We had to ask for the sauce again. Glad we checked the bag. The rest of the order was correct. They even threw in napkins w/o us asking... Most places now don't.

2 days in a row, we ordered and paid, yet missing an entire dinner. Awesome thanks for that, I guess i needed to not eat

Spoke with the manager this morning and she was very apologetic and replacing my meal

The restroom was clean and smelled clean. The food was prepped to order so didn't come out right away but was fresh and delicious. The person on the counter was very helpful and thanked us for coming in. It's nice to see folks with great customer service!

Thank you for making everybody wear face masks. and I noticed that every time they waited on somebody new--they change their gloves. I really really appreciate that. not every place makes their employees do that I will not do business with those type of places

My children had a blast. This was the first children place I seen with security guards but it was very clean and there were a lot fun games!

I used to boycott Arby's bc of my love for Lions Choice...LC still has the best roast beef but Arby's def has some really good alternatives. Always clean restaurant too which has become a rarity

This Arby's in Union MO typically has fast drive thru service and very friendly staff.
