Probably one of the best dealer experiences I've had. Drove a little over an hour and a half to check out this little 2wd tacoma for my pool business. Had an easy and great experience at this dealership, picked out a car I liked, but driver side door handle was broke. Manager Mitch said he would have it fixed by the following day before I picked up the car, called me at home within 20min and already had it fixed, I went right back that same day and picked it up, he even had it cleaned while signing the sale papers, thanks again to Mitch and DJ for a fast pleasant experience.

I’m going to start by saying Automotive is hands down the absolute best and amazing place I have ever bought a vehicle. My experience was out of this world. I was hesitant about buying a car due to horrible experiences I have had in the past with dealerships, and buying a car is not an easy smooth process. I know it hasn’t been for me. However Automotive restored my faith, I bought my car from the comfort of my bed, where else can you do that. The approval process was faster and easier than the self check out line at Walmart. It all took less than an hour to get approved and bobby went above and beyond to get me a fair financial lender fast and quick. He sent my bill of sale thru my email with the financial approval from the lender bank, and yet this all took place from the comfort of my bed. Me and my husband were welcomed the next morning by Brian, Bobby and the owner and we were treated with the out most respect, courtesy, kindness and friendliness. They are down to earth people, and honest the prices are fair. Brian gave us the car keys and said go test the car he even said if you don’t like it I will find you the car that you want, now to me that’s going above and beyond. Brian’s knowledge of cars are superb. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions, he made me and my husband feel so comfortable, Brian did not pressure us at all he dose not see dollar signs on people he sees people that needs help finding a fair priced, reliable transportation. Oh and Bobby said to me with his cheeky Godfather Italian accent “”FORGET ABOUT IT””. I got you don’t worry I will take care of the rest, and please do believe me when I say his words were honest and truthful. Automotive has gained a loyal customer with me I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to no one else. I told all my family and friends this is the place to buy a car. The 3rd car I've purchased from croyden automotive. No where else could get me a deal done I was at the point I refused to even waste my time going into a dealership. Bob knew I wasn't wasting his time and made sure I was going be approved and got it done. I was told I'd need a co-signer and that I had to many negative remarks that I tried to tell them that was I inaccurate information. He looked into it and got it done for me for the second time. I love the vechile I just bought for my girl and love mine that I bought just as much. I had a horrible credit score with a open loan and still be got it done. Take my word there not wasting your time here. They are in the business of getting you out the door with a quality car at a good price.
