I just want to start off by saying that I had the absolute best experience buying from Burlington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My fiance and I both bought new vehicles. Our salesmen was Mike Urban, and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He got us both behind the wheel of the perfect vehicles at a very reasonable price. I got my dream car. The dodge challenger. Also Pete, Marcos, and Gus were a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Mike Urban if your looking to get a vehicle. He is a very stand up guy. Was very honest and upfront, and I'll definitely do business with him again in the future.

I recently purchased a used certified Jeep Wrangler from Burlington Jeep and so far the team (Charles, Addeli, Pete, Gus) have been really great with pricing, getting things sorted, and fixing a few small issues with the vehicle! Super responsive, very friendly and accommodating! The Jeep already had some upgrades done with the mechanics team and was very clean for the test drive. Charles walked me through how to use certain features and continues to reach out to ensure all is well! One thing to note, online pricing doesn’t have a ton of wiggle room (at least for the ones I negotiated on). Overall, I have been very pleased with their customer service. If you are in the market for a new car, I would highly recommended checking out Burlington!

Excellent service. Buying a car is not a fun process, but my personal experience lacked any form of BS. They worked with me, were friendly and accommodating, and answered my questions. They also didn't push anything I didn't want on me. They may have suggestions but straight up told me not buy some features or packages, because they knew I didn't want that stuff. One of the best car buying experiences I've had. They may not have been able to make it fun, but they made it easy and I do appreciate that. Basically I would recommend them for anyone looking to buy Chrystler or who don't care about the make.

Spoke to Mark in service over the phone. Very friendly. Explained to him what I need and he knew EXACTLY what I was talking about. Gave me a price and set an appointment.

I was hoping to get in sooner so actually called a closer Jeep dealership. The service guy at this other dealership in Langhorne, after putting me on hold a couple times that, "it was this much (which was more than Mark quoted) and there's no guarantee it will work and I have to pay either way. *Click* done with Langhorne.

Arrived on my set time with Mark in service. Got me in as scheduled. Was finished in about 30 minutes and it works great.

Had the pleasure of working with Gus and Marcos on a 23 Charger R/T that was actually at another dealership within the area. No matter when I want to purchase a vehicle for my Wife (Jeep) or any 'Stellantis' product I go see them in Burlington.

They have a new Building along with Ownership, my experiences have always been great.

Ask for Marcos because he knows all the products and will guide you into the right model. 2023 Charger R/T in sublime.

I won't be racing around so don't pull up next to me and expect a drag race. Car is a v8, yes - but it's a fine mix of a family sedan by week and funnster by weekend.
