My experience at Images Auto Sales has been amazing. The best customer service I've ever experienced. I brought a 2013 Dodge Avenger with 53k miles on it for a great price. All of the concerns I had in regards to my monthly payments, Kristen manage to meet all of my requirements. I needed a few repairs done but with Kristen assistance, she was able to get the repair done at within a day. I was able to drive my car again in no time and free of charge with the amazing warranty. My car is running like it is brand new! I love my car and the service! Thank you again for the great service!

We got a used car from Image Auto Sales for my mom, a senior on a very fixed income. We were looking for a reliable but cheaper car to stay in my moms budget. This was a hard find! Kristen had a car in our budget and everyone at Image went out of their way to make sure the car was running well and was clean for her. Kristen was always quick to answer all my questions and was readily available. I know they put extra time and work on the car due to my mom’s circumstances and I really appreciate all the care and hard work!

They made sure from day one that customer service and quality care of the vehicle purchased was top priority. They worked with me with credit and financing and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Everything was handled in a timely manner. They were reliable and trustworthy with every aspect of my experience which made the process stress free and enjoyable. I felt as if I was buying a car from an old friend that was backed up with outstanding quality, top notch customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend!

My wife came in this place about a month ago looking to build her credit. Kristen worked so hard to get her into a beautiful accord. The drive is so smooth. While I was there with her I was telling Kristen what my dream car was. We went back up about a week later and there it was! My dream car! Kristen said "I got this for you girl when your ready come get it" my wife signed the papers for the Accord and I went home and also thought about getting a car payment! Yesterday I came in and Kristen worked hard getting me into it. Now both me and my wife are extremely satisfied! I've recommended this place to a few people and I'd do it again! I had a horrible experience buying a used car last year so was extremely skeptical of going through the process again, especially since I only had my car less than a year before the engine AND transmission died. I found Image Auto Deals and immediately fell in love with the family owned philosophy and their website! Due to my husband being laid off last year, my credit wasn't great so I went in and met with Phil. (Phil and his wife Kristen are the owners who are absolutely wonderful!) We chatted about what I could afford, what I wanted and he pre-qualified me on the spot! Phil and Kristen helped me into getting a FORD EDGE, which I absolutely love! They are so honest and truly care about finding you a car, no gimmicks, no haggling, and no lying. A wonderful combination! Kristen even helped me find a better deal on car insurance! They are always available via phone or text and keep in touch if you ever need anything. For example, my side mirror wasn't working correctly and Phil ordered a part right away and fixed it immediately! I would highly recommend Image Auto Deals to any one and everyone that is in the market for a quality used car! They even provided me with a 90 day warranty and covered the fee! Amazing experience with a wonderfully owned family business. P.S....their daughter is so cute and I won't post her name but 'Z' I miss you cutie pie! They make you feel like you are a part of the family and what their website says is a 1000% true! Thank you Image Auto Deals for such a great experience! I have known Kristen for close to 6 years. She has been in the automotive business for many years. When I found out she opened her own used car dealership, I knew she would succeed.
When my daughter, who is 20yrs old, was involved in an auto accident by a drunk driver & her car was totaled I knew immediately where to go for my daughter's car. Image Auto Sales. Kristen & Phil were both compassionate & understanding my daughter's wants & needs. She landed on a 2006 Ford Escape that is soo amazing. Phil took care of the minor issues on the car & it has been wonderful. I have & will continue to recommend Image Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a car. Not because of my personal connection with the owner but because of the loyalty & passion she has for her customers & business. Some people just need to understand that these cars are USED cars. You may come across problems but I'm telling you, have open communication with Phil & Kristen & they will take care of it.

I contacted Image Auto looking for a second car and met the most caring hard working person ever. Kristen never gave up on trying to make something work for me and her husband was patient while showing me vehicles and taking me on test drives. First off. What a great group of people! The whole staff was very friendly. Kristen is definitely the best at doing what she does. She doesnt use the word NO. Great place , Kristen is an outstanding sales rep! They will work with you with your credit. Also will put you in good cars with low milage. I got a 07' Buick with only 64,000 miles , GREAT reliable car, no complaints.

I went in with little expectation of being approved due to history of repossession. Lisa gave me the pre-approval but I have been “pre-approved” before only to go home empty handed. I was there for less than 2 hours and walked out with a good car and they helped me get car insurance. Everyone there was awesome! I can’t say enough good things about my experience!
