My saleswoman was Andrea Grossman and I can not recommend her enough. I got into a bad accident in my car 2/2 and she had me in a brand new RAV4 within a few days. She worked my credit and helped me understand GAP insurance which i recommended obtaining if you are driving a new vehicle off the lot . She explained warranties and what they offer and the benefit of having them. She was also a woman of many talents while being helpful and giving me all of her attention she was also helping and older couple with their questions and didn’t looked overwhelmed or flustered at anytime. It speaks volumes that someone can multitask and treat all the customers with such grace & attentiveness/respect. myself and my husband will be a return customer to this saleswoman.

Just picked up my new 2023 Toyota 4Runner and the process couldn't of been easier. I was originally going to go with a different dealer and just stopped in to see if they had the truck I was looking for on the lot. My sales person was Andrea and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and concerns and made me feel comfortable and not pushy at all. Even though this dealer was an hr away from where I live, I decided to buy from them based on the experience I had compared to the first dealer I went to who did not care about my budget and wanted me to put way more money down for a lease than I wound up putting down for financing. Since they did not have the vehicle on the lot, she helped me find one they had on its way in and it had all of my asks. Since the vehicle was in transit, Andrea made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. I walked away from the transaction happy and my head held high, instead of having buyers regret and not knowing half the stuff I just signed for. You get the family mom/pop type relationship from this dealer where it was a strictly business feeling from other dealers. 100% Recommend

This is the 3rd Camry I have leased from Matthew Gonzalez @ Liberty Toyota ... and he is half the reason (the car is the other!) He is down to earth, kind, funny .. will work hard for you & manage to get you exactly what & where you want to be - with zero pressure! Sure, he's a salesperson & there to do a job - but he has ALWAYS been on my side, fought for me and I know he just wants to see his clients happy, genuinely. I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 Limited from Liberty Toyota. I've been looking for this truck for the longest,after doing a nationwide search for it I finally came across this beautiful truck at Liberty Toyota. My salesman Matt Gonzalez went above and beyond to make me feel like part of the family. He was patient and knowledgeable and did everything for me to make sure this truck didn't get away from me. The price and mileage was everything I was looking for,even though the truck was 500 plus miles from me he stuck with me all the way. Even when we landed in Trenton New Jersey he sent an Uber to pick us up at the airport. He took care of us had us in and out of there in no time. He had the truck detailed and had the tank full of gas and he checked on us until he knew we made it home safely. 5 stars all the way thanks for everything bro I love my truck.

The Service Department is above reproach. Greg Maisel is awesome and should get a raise. His understanding, professionalism, and caring for customers is outstanding. It’s the Service Department that keeps me coming back to, and recommending, Liberty Toyota.

I bought a certified, pre-owned RAV4. While I’m not impressed with the skill set of the service department, and will not utilize them after the one-year warranty expires, their employees have always been kind, which is respectable.
The sales department I have found to be above par. My salesman, Milton, surpassed expectations in many ways. I would purchase from him again.

This was my first car I’ve bought at a dealership and I was super anxious. John Lopaz helped me through the entire process and answered all my questions before running my credit which really helped ease my anxiety. I’m usually cautious but John never made me feel pressured and made sure I walked away with exactly what I wanted! 10/10 recommend everybody go to him.
