Management has changed. The new management is making every effort to improve the property

Do NOT live here. They misplace there billing or paperwork in general. So they will try to over charge you on rent on occasion. Management is poor, I have moved out in December and have yet to see my $1000 security deposit. Nor have I even been told what’s taking so long. I have called, emailed and gone to the office multiple times. They do not take responsibility and blame it up the chain but never give you information to contact them. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Not worth the money, too many issues to write down. If you need to live near New Town find somewhere else to go. This is more toxic than Chernobyl.

This is the worse place I've ever lived in. Hallways are very unclean. Management is very rude. And they even lie on their own website. They say they have granite counter tops. This is a lie. They say they have 9ft ceilings, they don't, they are only 8ft. They say they have heated garage parking. Again another lie. Don't trust this place. Read all the fine print if you decide to move here. Not a good place. I will be moving out very soon. Oh and the other 5 star reviews on Google are from the management employees. Why wouldn't they give themselves 5 stars?

I wouldn't rent here. Don't even pay the deposit because they will take it. Go to Dakota Acers Apartments. Amazing management and amazing price and people over there.
