Disregard bad reviews. You are either ready or not. All examiners are impartial. They all are all professionals. They are not there to fail you. Just be ready and be a good driver, study video guides and you will pass just like my daughter just did.

After reading all these reviews, I was hesitant to bring my kid for driving test, but did come anyway and have no regrets whatsoever. Waiting line was a bit big, but that's like that in any office at this time of the year.

to my surprise, i ended up having a good experience going to this particular location. my instructor was very friendly and helpful throughout all the aspects of the exam and kindly corrected my mistakes. the exam itself went by in a flash and after constructive criticism by the instructor, i didn’t really know why i was so stressed out before. i guess you just have to get lucky with your instructor since many other reviews involve such negative comments that give this location a bad reputation.

Update: today I took the road test and passed! The lady examiner was very polite, calm, and she gave clear instructions. The wait was reasonable. I’m happy

So I went to take my drivers test in the morning on a Wednesday. They don’t do appointments so I went as early as I can to do my test without much wait, the wait in line (during pandemic) was actually shorter than I expected, it took around 30 mins for me to actually start my test and I was in the very back of the line which isn’t too bad. The lady instructor I got was actually super nice and polite! I think she’s usually the mean and rude instructor that everyone writes about but today she was super kind and amazing! She told me what I did wrong when I made a mistake and what to do instead to fix it. She gave me clear instructions and walked me through the drivers test with only a few minor mistakes! This was my third time taking my test and usually instructors are silent and intimidating during the test in my experience but she was very talkative and friendly which really calmed me! I recommend this place if you get this amazing woman instructor, I don’t recall her name but she’s amazing!

Very professional staff, they treat customers with respect and kindness. Office space, the waiting area is on the small side. The only downfall is dealing with rude teenagers.

I got my driver's license today. I read the reviews and got scared but I thought to give it a try as I am confident in my practice. I practiced parallel parking like 7 times until I got confident , so confidene is the key :) Happiest day ever!
