Came to St. Louis for the first time for business and booked this hotel. Really friendly staff and room service. Very clean room and breakfast area. Will definitely book here again next month. Thanks!

Great breakfast and very clean breakfast area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wish we had time for pool and fitness room. Restaurants and shopping very close. Staying here again!

LOVE THIS PLACE! This is our second time staying here and it's only gotten better. Plus the staff is incredible, they are truly the nicest hotel staff I've met (and I've met A LOT). I think they have a better breakfast set up than they did 2 years ago when we last stayed. I know in most reviews people whine cause it's not as updated as some places are, but seriously I would take the amazing staff anyday of the week plus I don't feel like it's outdated, I thoroughly enjoy this place and location is perfect! It's nice and quiet. I will choose this hotel over and over again.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The rooms look brand new. The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel is super cleanThere are many places to eat nearby. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I RECOMMEND THE SLEEP INN 100%.

I just want to say this hotel was amazing! I got in super late, we were coming from Alabama to this hotel and we got there around 11 pm and people were still piling in. So we got checked in and got unpacked and settled we found out the room we were in the T.V. Wasn’t working. We decided not to say anything Bc it was so very late. So we got up the next morning. Went down to tell someone at the desk and he come up and could not get it fixed so his name was Adam he offered us another room that was a lot bigger suite and charged us no extra. Was very sweet about the entire situation. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days we had issues with the washing machine and went and asked for help he was so very helpful. If you stay at this hotel definitely ask for Sam he is the manger of the store and is very sweet! I would definitely recommend staying here. I will be coming back!

Arrived 4:30-5:00pm, there was a problem with the A/C. Called front desk and manager (Sam) said he would be there shortly. Didn’t sound promising. 5-6 minutes later Sam and maintenance man arrived. After 2 minutes of diagnostics determined A/C would have to be replaced. With a convention in town there were no other rooms available, would it be possible for us to wait while the unit was replaced. We said “yes”. By the time we decided where to eat the maintenance man was back with a new unit. Room was frosty when we returned.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean and quiet, service always friendly. Sam always seemed to be around asking how things were going. Always wanting to be of assistance. They need to keep this young manager, he has a work ethic you don’t see very often.

It's very cozy n 🤫, This has been the nicest motel/hotel that we've stayed in since the beginning of our 🏡 Journey. A very long and drawn out year. No one bothered us. The laundry room had 2 working may I add, I'll say it again not 1 but 2 working washers n dryers. And even had a large folding table n a pre rinse sink!!"YES". THERE WERE AWSOME food choices breakfast lunch n dinner within walking distance. You really couldn't get nicer staff. I recommend this SLEEP INN to EVERYONE!!!!! REST N RELAXATION!! This is the place.

I was hesitant about booking this hotel because there were a few negative reviews I read. I am SO GLAD I didn't put too much thought into the negative reviews. I cannot say a single bad thing about this place. First, the rooms are so nicely decorated. Very different. Almost like being in your own bedroom. The entire hotel is very "homey". The clerk at check in, friendly and nice. The housekeeping staff? Great. Very friendly. The breakfast? Amazing. The beds? Super comfy. Room? Very clean. Not very large, but to me that's not a negative. It added to the homey feel. Oh wait, there is a tiny negative. The bathroom sliding doors have no locks so when travelling with toddlers it's a pain and lots of unwanted company. Lol. I would DEFINITELY stay there again and suggest anyone looking for a great place in St. Charles to stay, putt his on your list.

This place is like home away from home. We come to St Charles twice a year to have our show trailer worked on at Crafstmen, and we are always welcome with a smile and great customer service. Sam (manager) is pretty awesome and he always takes care of customers and goes the extra mile to make sure you are all good. This isn't a super fancy hotel, but the rooms have nice furniture, good natural light, nice beds and pillows, and they are always clean, spatious and comfy. There is plenty of parking and also big areas to walk your pets. You will get a much smaller room and not such nice customer service at the other hotels nearby (that also cost 50 dollars more per night!) . Its also a safe area.

I stayed there for four months, had a suite with two cats. Breakfast amazing the best i ever had. Top notch staff, very friendly. Clean rooms and indoor pool was amazing. great place to stay.

We brought a group of Ayusa high school exchange students here for a weekend event. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. Rooms clean and modern looking. Breakfast hot and plentiful.

Recently remodeled, affordable, clean, free breakfast. But overall five stars for the friendliness. Sitting in lobby reading I was brought a coffee refill. I was asked if I could be helped with anything at every encounter.

Staff was polite and accommodating, I liked how the theme of the place seemed to resonate with their attempt to stay eco friendly. The room was clean and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

I've stayed here multiple times. The staff is friendly and helpful. And I always see new improvements being made every time I visit. Ill always come back to this sleep inn.

Great place in quiet & convenient area. Very helpful & nice staff. The pool was freezing n no hot tub, but was great otgerwise. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!!

The rooms were beautiful, the decor was so pretty...I didn't think to take pictures but this is definitely a hotel on my list for my birthday in October, hey!!!

The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that I could not take my breakfast up to my room they told me I had to eat it in the breakfast area I thank that was not right. The breakfast was great and nice selection but the not letting me take it to my room was very disappointing
