Ralph is the nicest person with solid knowledge and intention to help people with car.

He provides a thorough explanation of the issue before starting the repair. Prior to our encounter, I used to visit various locations to obtain estimates, but now that I've met him, I have faith in his quotations and no longer need to seek multiple opinions.

Ralph is a very nice and honest person! I know nothing about cars so he explained the issue in my car very thoroughly both times I visited his shop and provided me all of the options with a variety of prices. He has never performed an unnecessary repair! The first time I came to him a different auto shop tried to make me replace my whole gas tank (which wasn't even the real problem!) but he figured out the issue and fixed it for a low price.

Excellent! If you need an honest mechanic Ralph is the man to see. He tells you what your car needs. I was almost ripped off by Firestone for $1,000 in brakes all around my car, Ralph said I needed just the rear brakes.

Wow. Went in expecting to have to do a >$1000 repair (thought it was my axel), Ralph determined the actual issue and resolved it in <$100. Phenomenal service and honesty. I’ve found my new mechanic.
