I worked with Dr. Nichols and vet tech Kara. They were both professional and personable in equal measure. Dr. Nichols carefully listened as I explained the situation with our dog, Shandi. The quality of care and the compassion shown to both me and my dog was first class. I highly recommend Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital.

This is a great practice. I had previously done a drop in visit just to check them out as I was considering bringing my pup there. Recently my little chi with a history of GI issues, needed an urgent care after hours visit. I was able to schedule it online and off we went. We were treated like we had been long time patients and the care and thoroughness were exceptional. I have had to make some follow up calls regarding medication questions and they are always available and quick to respond. If you want a vet practice that provides exceptional care, are courteous, caring and have extended availability and locations, Fox Creek is a great option. I have to drive further but they have shown they are well worth it. Thank you!

I love this Fox Creek location! From check in to check out they’ve made it as painless as possible. I drove over 30 minutes to get to this location & I’m glad I did. Bowie was happy the whole time and they took the time to explain what they did and I’m glad I came to these wonderful people! Thanks Wildwood!

I've had 2 of my 3 dogs come to Fox Creek for various Urgent Care/ER type issues. They have been fantastic! The staff is kind & so understanding. Extremely knowledgeable. Very informative & up front with pricing. No complaints & will bring all our animals here for care.

Excellent care. We had a scare with our 'elderly' dog, and the attention and care provided by the doctor and tech was wonderful. Yes, we had a wait- but we were kept appraised of the situation...i expected to wait at a emergency vet clinic on Sat night... I highly recommend this place.

Our small Terrier mix was attacked by a German Shepherd. The staff and doctor were exceptional! They explained everything they were going to do to help our baby during a two-hour surgery. She is recovering smoothly and is beginning to feel like her old self again. Thank you to everyone who tended to Fred and gave her lovins’ whether she wanted it or not! ❤

Once again the staff were friendly and knowledgeable on what was happening in each every case that I happened to see while sitting a short while till my pet’s appointment. Once in the exam room the tech and vet were both friendly and treated my pet with care and respect for her discomfort of new places and people. Everything was explained to me in terms that I understood.

Needed an emergency visit for my Cocker Spaniel and they saw me right away. Beautiful facility, Dr was super nice as well as the techs. Our girl was feeling much better by the next day.

Fox Creek is amazing. I wish we lived closer because we would hands down switch to them as our Vet. We had Guinea Pigs and there are not many people that see "pocket pets." They saw us and unfortunately we needed to put them down. We scheduled the appointment and they could not be more caring and nice to us. The service given by their staff was simply amazing. They sent us a card after and the package they put together for us when we picked up the ashes was just comforting. If you live in the area, I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital.

We took our dog, Rachel, to their urgent care because she was throwing up and we thought she ate something she wasn't supposed to. All of the staff were nice and helpful and they were thorough in their examination. They gave us much information and all we needed to take care of our girl (sensitive dog food included) and checked on her, not once, but twice via phone calls which we appreciated. I can not thank them enough for taking care of Rachel and for reassuring us that she was going to be okay!

Our Bailey, wonderful companion for our family for almost 9 years (and being almost 16 years old), had been feeling a little off for a couple of weeks and really sick for two days. We were referred to this Hospital with an emergency visit. Through time and testing, we found that she had kidney failure. We were given all options for short term and long term choices and, as a family, decided to do what was best for her.
Everyone in the clinic was kind, compassionate and professional. They talked us through all options concerning our needs, her needs, and with an awareness of cost. They gave us all of the time that we needed to spend with her before the end and all of the time that we needed after she was gone. I hope to never be in that same position again, but healthy or otherwise, I will always take any of our pets to Fox Creek.

I recently recommended Fox Creek to my cousin who was having trouble finding boarding for her dogs, one of which is not spayed. Fox Creek understands the needs of breeders and pet owners. Boarding is very convenient and reassuring, having the vet office right there.

We are new to pet ownership and this Fox Creek does an amazing job. We have worked with a couple of the vets and seen many of the vet techs. They have all been helpful, supportive, kind, and professional. Our new little puppy feels comfortable and enjoys going.

My boyfriend had to unexpectedly put his dog down last Saturday. The staff were so kind and helpful the whole experience. But they really went above and beyond when returning Harley’s ashes. They gave us a lot of keepsakes that made the grief a bit easier. Thank you to the Doctors and staff of Fox Creek Vet Hospital ❣

Fox Creek veterinary has been the go to place in Wildwood,Mo for Lost Pets, Found Pets,wild animals, since the clinic's opening day.No matter what the situation their response is always one of care and concern.I have received follow up calls from the staff to make sure my pets were found and one's I had found were safe in their homes.They have taken dogs in that I have found and could not keep at that time and have either found their owner or made sure they got to the appropriate rescue.All of this as a service to our community.
Sadly,on the evening of February 20,2024 one of my precious pups took herself for a run and did not return that evening.The groomer who works at Fox Creek Veterinary saw an animal on the side of Highway 100 when she was driving to work the next morning. She did not at the time know if it was a dog or a wild animal ,but went to the clinic to get help and supplies and returned to tend to the little dog. She was not alive so she was taken to the clinic where she was chipped and the call to me made.
I am so grateful for the the kindness,compassion and sensitivity of the entire staff that day and for all of the uncompensated good Fox Creek Veterinary does daily.

Accidentally went to this location instead of kirkwood, and they had no issue of having my location changed in the matter of 10 minutes before my appointment so I could do everything here. Everyone was very sweet and nice. They were all extremely friendly. I was very happy with no long waits, outstanding communication, they made sure we were comfortable, knew the price on everything before hand, and even talked us through everything we didn’t quite understand. As a first time pet owner I was very nervous about taking my dog to the vet because i wasn’t sure how things would go, or what it would be like, but in the end i was very happy with how i was treated and my dog, there was no negativity from anyone. I definitely recommend this place to anyone nearby, for me it’s worth the 1 and a half hour drive instead of somewhere down the road.

This vet is very good. The doctor tried all he could to save our dog and talked to me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
