The Oregon Clinic has always been very compassionate and professional towards me as a patient, as well as to family members. They have always completed their follow ups and communicated thoroughly.

Staff is very efficient and helpful. I appreciate how they always take time to answer my questions and address any concerns I may have. I have been a patient for many years and even as staff has changed to high quality of care and helpfulness remains consistent.

Can' believe it! the office won't make me an appointment for both the consultation and the colonoscopy procedure today. I have to have gone to the consultation first before they can schedule me for the procedure. I explained I no longer live in Oregon but will be there for two weeks and gave her the dates. "NO EXCEPTIONS" Wow!!! Guess you really don't care for your patients. It is all about money and your guidelines. Thank you but no Thanks you.

3 weeks later: I will now say that I was contacted by the office and the office manager went ahead and approved both the consultation and the procedure on that one week I will be in Oregon. I will now change the rating to 5 stars because the doctor is a real good one. Besides this is the first time we encounter a problem. Doctor Chang is great!

Just had my colonoscopy from Oregon Clinic Gastroenterology South in Oregon City and have to say how professional and polite the staff was when I checked in. The nurses, anesthesiologists, and Dr. Childers were all very informative and kind. I will not hesitate to make my next appointment there.

I cannot say enough great stuff about the team at this clinic. Start to finish they are - each one of them - compassionate and professional; they take their work seriously but aren’t afraid to laugh a bit in the process. Thankful I don’t have to go back anytime soon - but know where I’m going when I do.

The team at the Oregon Endoscopy center in Oregon City was fantastic and very professional. Dr. Pascua and her team were all very attentive and explained everything to me. I've had, at least 6 colonoscopy's and this team was the best. I encourage everyone over the age of 50 to get a colonoscopy, it's easy and it can safe your life.

Two weeks ago I had an Esophageal Manometry/Motility Study immediately followed by a pH and Impedance test. Or as I like to call them, an Up-Your-Nose-With-A-Rubber-Hose test! I had the pleasure of having Nurse Heather be the one to perform both procedures, and she was fantastic! She took her time listening to my health history and fully explained the procedure ahead of time. I didn't feel as if she was rushing me at all, or anxious to get on to her next patient. I had been with my daughter when she had this done at another facility a couple of years ago, and I was amazed at the positive difference with Heather. She took a difficult procedure (made even more so by my hiatal hernia) and made it as easy as possible. She was a very calming presence, along with my daughter, and was very encouraging. I have been very impressed with the Oregon Clinic Gastroenterology facilities and personnel at both the Newberg location and the Oregon City clinic.

I was seen yesterday for a colonoscopy and from the time I was taken back by Nurse Tony, I was treated so well by him. I came in from throwing up all night and a horrible headache. He with no hesitation put a wet cloth on my forehand, an extra towel to drape over to block the light and kept asking if I needed anything else! I never felt so comfortable and taken care of and I have been in many rooms with nurses! He deserves a raise and some recognition. He clearly loves what he does and it shows! Thanks Tony!!!!

OMG, NO one wants to have a colonoscopy...but Oregon Clinic Gastroenterology made it an incredibly positive experience. I was fortunate to be the first patient; RN started IV on my terrible veins w/o a lick of trougle, Dr. was so professional and very kind and supportive, all staff made my morning stress free and wonderful. Out by 9:00 a.m., and actually was at work by 11:00 a.m. I have never had such a professional, compassionate and supportive experience (this is my 3rd procedure in 3 different states.) Thank you Oregon Clinic Oregon City--I would recommend this office without one iota of reservation.

Sure wish there was better ways of getting messages through to Oregon City South. and also Tualitin south. Could never leave a message there even with the nurse. Message was full. Transferred Daughter to different location. Great Service with Doctor Wang. Daughter just loves her. Great care top doctor.Oregon Clinic west. Just who she needed.

I have had a good experience at the Gastroenterology the nurse practioner who took time to discuss my health matters with me was very engaged and helpful I appreciated her interest and input very much.

As pleasant as a screening endoscopy can be... Staff were reassuring, professional and answered my questions in a thorough and caring manner.

I worked at a hospital for almost 15 years but I never witnessed the efficiency and care that I experienced at Oregon Clinic Gastroenterology.
