One of the best sandwich’s I’ve had in Jersey. Stacked to the hills and Owner was friendly, knew what he was doing. Cool spot to also grab sauces/gifts. Grab you a sandwich and go upstairs to ship bottom for a brew 🤙🏼

First time customer. We will be back! Heard so many good things about Spice it Up so we finally gave it a try, so delicious. Good quality cold cuts, ham, swiss, sweet and spicy coleslaw, lettuce and a very soft roll. Cant wait to go back and try another selection.

If you're on LBI, (or not).. don't miss Spice It up! Their Deli is amazing! They have daily specials, and unbelievable, fresh food. The homemade meatballs are delicious!

This place has, by far, the best sandwiches on LBI if not the entire state. They put a unique and flavorful twist on the usual lunch favorites. It's hard to get past the daily specials, but if you do, the Pitraft Turkey sandwich with Havarti cheese is amazing. While you wait you can browse the amazing selection of hot sauces and spices. Truly the best Beach Haven has to offer.

Honestly a surprise. What a killer sandwich. I walked in the owner told me the specials of the day one of which was a turkey ruben. The sandwich was made to perfection... Who puts rosemary down then the bread on top? Spice it up, thats who! They totally lived up to their name was given a delightful surprise as i was transported from my lunch into a devine journey of taste. 10/10 would recommend.

The squakin chicken and veggie Caesar is absolutely delicious and everything tastes fresh. Not to mention the selection of sauces, chips and more really make this place awesome. The people are great which is an added bonus! Highly recommend for a nice lunch

Finally got a chance to try their sandwiches last weekend and everyone was blown away with how good they were. We will definitely be back soon! Added bonus is the owners Dan and Regina are the nicest people you will ever meet!

Wow! Just ate a Banda Bing 10” Sandwich and it was delicious!! Boars-head meat and fresh roll absolutely delicious Dan hooked it up ! Bought 2 and ate 1.5 over 2lbs of cuts. Highly recommend stopping by and try the food besides the array of spices and sauces. I will definitely be back!

My wife, sister-in-law, kids and I all stopped by SPICE IT UP for lunch and we are glad we did. The service was excellent as all the employees were friendly, answered questions and even accommodated a special request for our daughter. The food was so delicious! We can’t wait to come back, this place is fantastic!

Great sandwiches with quality ingredients. They also have a nice selection of gourmet foods. Try the peanut brittle, it comes in interesting flavors and was delicious. Nice people working there too.

The sandwiches are on another level—they’re that good. Great storefront with spices, rubs, hot sauce, etc. Love this place!

This shop is a true hidden gem! Our uncle recommended it to us while we were visiting the brewery, and it blew our minds. Sandwiches were extremely fresh and full of flavor!! We enjoyed the “Original Dan” and the “Ship Bottom Brewery”. I cannot rave enough about the Bella Vidalia spread on the Original Dan, OUT OF THIS World!! Meats were of a very good quality (mom thought the pastrami was very lean, thinly sliced, and delicious), bread was super fresh (I believe a rosemary olive oil), proportions were excellent (we split them with some pretzels as an afternoon snack, but would definitely be filling for one). Shopkeepers were extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will be back. Thank you Spice It Up!!

What a great sandwich (and more) place. They make delicious paninis and cold sandwiches as well as great salads.

Whenever we want a nice late lunch or sunset snack, we come to this place, order and go to the Ship Bottom Brewery which is upstairs.

The owner brings it up to you at the brewery! How great is that?

Today we ordered the Original Dan and it was amazing! The meat, cheese and delicious spread and bread just melt
In your mouth. It’s the perfect place to take out from while grabbing a beer at the brewery! We are definitely going to be ordering again multiple times this week!

Great sandwiches! I can’t wait to try the whole menu, but the Italian sub & roast beef “Danini” (the original Dan) were outstanding! Pairs well with Ship Bottom Brewing’s Lager!!!
