B&B Department Store North

I have always loved this store including all their locations.I recently had a price/receipt issue and the manager Kathy went above and beyond to fix things. Best customer service!!

My toe nail fell off and I was bleeding everywhere. The workers were very helpful. The did a great job wrapping up my toe!! The employees deserve raises asap. Love this store!!

Great small store with nice beach themed outfits. They carry alot of designer names and the prices aren't bad even in the summer season.

Great place to shop and Gracious Returns Policy! I have always loved shopping at this great beachy store in Beach Haven. The store vibe is "young and fun" while they have beautiful clothes that appeal to me, at age 60! Recently, in this month of May 2021, I purchased a small purse that needed to be returned due to a malfunction in the zipper. Jennifer, the manager, went out of her way to make the return quickly and graciously, doing so just as the store was closing. This professionalism and kindness was so appreciated, as I live in Philadelphia and was driving back that evening. I will remain a forever loyal customer of this shop because of their merchandise, as well as their top-notch Customer Service!

This store is well stocked, I find more of what I want here because it is further down on the island. The first store is over shopped. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

This is the only store I can shop at down the shore. The have an amazing selection of beachy clothing. They have a wide selection of bathing suits in every size and the employees are uber nice.
