Very helpful and friendly staff. I had sent a parcel using their services to Ukraine as they are partner with Meest. Parcel arrived on time. Every time I called them they answer the phone and were very responsive and helpful. I will use their services in future. I really recommend Universal Travel Service.
FYI, They have on-sight parking behind the building.

What a wonderful experience we had today. We were sending a package to Ukraine for 7 kids that unfortunately lost their mom. As soon as the manager of this location ( unfortunately don’t remember her name) find out the situation, she helped out to get even MORE clothes for the kids. Instead of one package we send out two packages with manager’s help.
My words can not describe how grateful we are for you making a huge impact for the kids that lost their mom.
