Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dickinson, an IHG Hotel

I was having a rough night, I got stuck on the icy roads and had to make an impromptu stop in Dickinson. Krissy was especially kind and helpful in making me feel welcomed. I really felt taken care of throughout my entire stay. The staff in charge of the pool Kenneth was diligent about the cleanliness and safety of the area and I really appreciated that! Overall the stay was a 10/10.

Great value. Plus a 3 story tall water slide. Big breakfast was included. Room was super clean. Only complaint was a large barking dog across the hall but that's a complaint against the owner not the hotel.

Well, I’m the wrong person to ask about the hotel. Let me say it this way… I personally call the Holiday Inns my husband’s hotel. Don’t get me wrong. I love Holiday Inns as well.

My husband has been going to Holiday Inns, since 1986. As far as he’s concerned, there is no other hotels to go to except Holiday Inns. And we got married in 1987. One thing is true. We’ve never had a problem, rooms are excellent, & the staff treats you like family.. I rate this hotel a #10, 5 is too low.

We spent 3 nights at this location and we found it to be exceptional in every way. The staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good and rooms were very clean. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. The manager, Magnolia is outstanding in every way. She greeted us each morning by name and anticipated any needs we had.

Stayed here going back to MN from Glacier NP. The rooms were very clean and nice. Got this hotel for the water slide for our kids. Daughter loved the slide and my son enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was awesome with all the options.

We have stayed at Holiday Inns all over the nation, and this one truly ranks as the best of the best. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional— friendly and helpful. The gentleman running breakfast was a model of industry— keeping food stocked, wiping tables, emptying trash. He was never not in motion. Another gentleman volunteered to help hold our cart while we loaded our car to leave. The hotel exemplifies a customer service model that is difficult to find these days. On a scale of 1 to 5, Dickinson Holiday Inn is a 10

Love the fact that it had an indoor slide with the pool. The hot tub was actually a great temperature compared to most places. The rooms were well equipped with everything that we needed. The only downfall was that the bathtub started to back up slightly. I did not complain as I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me and my reservations. Excellent customer service will return if in the area again.

Clean and comfortable hotel! Pet friendly. Great breakfast choices and the staff are professional, friendly and accommodating! I stayed here on several different occasions on longer stays and have always been treated well! They do a great job here when you are away from home!!!

The hotel and room was clean. The staff is friendly. There was grab and go breakfast. Muffins, cereal, milk, juice, fruit, yogurt, coffee and tea. You could eat at the tables but we ate in our room. The beds were comfortable. The water slide was really fast. I wouldn't recommend for anyone under 5.

The place was quiet and the beds comfortable. It is near several eating establishments and sits close to the exits of the highway. My kids and I enjoyed the two story water slide. We were in there for hours. The breakfast was decent but wished they put the biscuits by the gravy to get warm. Warm gravy on cold biscuits is not that wonderful.

Great hotel. Close to I-90, nice rooms with comfortable beds and modern features. The waterslide was a load of fun for all ages and they achieved the often-failed goal of having a hot tub that is hot enough for relaxing without being so hot you can't stay in it for long. The staff were helpful on several occasions. The breakfast buffet was typical Holiday Inn Express food, meaning that it had a decent variety and was great overall. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel wins. Nice and clean. Friendly staff at check in. Our room was a double queen suite and was very spacious for our family of four. The breakfast was rockstar. Everything about this hotel was great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Best night sleep in a week. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were amazing. I would love to know what type of mattress and pillows they use so I can purchase them for my home. Highly recommend this hotel.

The water slide makes this place a 5 star with kids. It was so fun we could have stayed another day according to the kids. The hotel is kept clean and the rooms are new and the accommodations are clean, modern and comfortable. Now the breakfast wasn't great we came at 8:40, basically everything was gone and they wouldn't refill even though we saw him wrapping muffins for the next day. Plenty of food in the pantry so to speak. Time wasn't up until 9 and they wouldn't refill. Not sure if they only put a certain amount out each day but when you have customers, you take care of them. It's isn't like they are serving a big hot breakfast, like they advertise. Just put more yogurt, fruit, oatmeal and muffins out. Have enough to make sure everyone is taken care of. The grab and go breakfast wasn't great due to the hotels handling of COVID-19.

My stay was awesome because of Magnolia Andrews the general manager. She is very professional and has lots of patience and great hospitality skills that make the guests welcome.

It's really is the best place ever I stay here every time that I come to town it is the most friendly staff the cleanest rooms definitely want to stay here the pool is great the my kids love the water slide and everyone is just so very kind 10 out of 10

Had an awesome stay for a week! Great staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. LeAnn at the front desk was exceptionally professional and kind!

Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Fitness room was good, and I got my one hour workout in. Pool and hot tub are both wonderful! The pool isn’t a freezing cold temperature like other hotels that I stayed at. The hot tub is extra hot, which is perfect! They also have a decent breakfast during these covid times!! This morning they have scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, two kinds of sausage, pancakes, oranges, bananas, cereal, hot oatmeal, juices, milk, Greek yoghurt, and bagels!

Haha.. I was just so excited with breakfast now that I inhaled some scrambled eggs into my lungs and was coughing to get it out. Sorry people in breakfast room- I don’t have covid just some eggs stuck in my throat. Oops!

Overall great place!

Very nice room with a great breakfast and nice pool area with water slide. Nicer modern clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. Have stayed here several times. We like to go to the Medora musical but the room rates in Medora are outrageous. Drive 30 miles to Dickinson and you get twice the room for half the price, literally.
