Papa Johns Pizza

Great pizza. I have to say the 3 gentleman working tonight, one the GM did a phenomenal job on the pizza. Sauce and cheese out to the crust and looked like they cared about the pizza.presentation was great unlike the over priced pizza joint that rhymes with schrumos. 10/10 would recommend this papa johns location and will be my go to pizza shop in town. We’ll done gentlemen.

Had a birthday party for my daughter, spent well over 100$ (107$ To be exact) , each gentleman that helped me was nice and had a solution to every problem even tho they were minor. Thank you gentleman for your patience and thank you to the Young lady that took time out her day to deliver the pizzas to my house . You guys are most definitely appreciated 💕

Had a BIG issue with ordering it n the website as a guest. The website charged my bank for the order, and go in ng through Google history clicking on "order confirmation" nothing but the homepage would show up. But, after talking and dealing with Damien, we were able to get the order squared away...this dude needs a raise. He handled the situation with ease and absolutely no argument. I hope his GM reads this. Btw, the order was filled and taken care just before closing, as my wife and I sat outside the store we watched the employees make this last minute order and walked it outside to our vehicle....thanks Damien and team. Would definitely or do we from here again....but mostly will create an account and sign in on the website next time.

From the time we placed a delivery to the time it was on the table, it only took a total of about 20 to 25 minutes. It was really quick and really tasty. The staff was friendly when we came in to pick our pizzas up as well. Papa John's has really improved since the last few times I had it.

The last pizza I got from here was cooked to perfection and evenly cut. Very little grease the service was very good 10/10 I recommend

This was truly a GREAT pizza. The delivery was on point, and the delivery person, upbeat, cordial, polite. What a great way to enjoy the service of a well kept business. It's people, and it's food. Loving Pappa John's forward!!!

This pizza establishment has always had excellent customer service. Every time I have made a carry-out order, the expected time they tell me is always carried through. Also the ingredients that make the pizza are superb. The texture of Pizza entirely is rich, and the prices of the pizza are always reasonable.

Great food and high quality with great service. One of the employees named Jack went out of his way to make sure we were totally taken care of ,and we are very impressed with his knowledge and kindness. It’s nice going to a place that really cares about their customers.

I don’t understand any of these negative reviews. Any time that I’ve ordered they’ve given me excellent customer service and my orders have always came right not to mention the drivers get here fast! Love Papa Johns. I never order anywhere else.

Hands down the best pizza and friendliest service. We have had some mistakes at other places but these guys never let us down! Keep up the awesome work guys.

We had the papadias...with parmesan crust. The staff at the Bismarck, ND store are all friendly and helpful. They make really good papadias. The papadias are awesome.....hope they dont take off menu..they have a variety of papadias to choose from and you can build your own too. Wow🥳🎉

They haven't messed up on my order yet they have always been on time with deliveries and the staff are polite. Food is great as well kudos to papa johns my 1st choice pizza!

I had a fantastic pizza delivery, It was very quickly delivered and accompanied with not only my hot and ready pizza but, paper plates and napkins!

Customer service is top notch here. There was a mistake on our order but the way they made up for it made me certain I will be ordering here again. Austin is very professional and friendly.

Go there every week pretty much. Kinda sad but all the people there are super nice, they work quickly and its always awesome pizza. If they do mess up they fix it right away. Great job.
